I really don’t even know how to express into words how much I love Laura and her team! I have had policies with her for 15 years now and I know for a fact there is not a better insurance agent !!! Trust me!! She is like a sister and friend ❤️
When life happens…and it will, Laura has ALWAYS been there for me. From the excitement of my kids starting to drive to the Laura, I need help moments!! She will take time to talk things out and also reassure me that she is there to help. If you are new to Colorado and need insurance or just want a different agent with compassion and care, don’t hesitate, she is the one!! Thank you Laura for all you do!!!

Working with Laura has been a fantastic experience. She has taken the time to have multiple extended conversations with me to review my policies, and in doing so was able to correct many inaccuracies in my previous coverage, which resulted in a significant rate reduction without reduced coverage.

Following a devasting car accident, the staff in this office were exceptional in guiding me, responding to me and providing any and all information I needed to cope with the aftermath. I've done business with State Farm all my adult life and have been working with Laura Leir's office for 10 1/2 years. Outstanding support, information and customer service. I would highly reccomend this group for your insurance needs.

My husband and I were hit with the tornado in Highlands Ranch and one of the first people I called was Laura and she was great with giving us sound advice and referrals to get our house repaired. I love that I can drop her office and email on getting advice on getting ready for teen drivers too.

I want to thank Laura Leier for going the extra mile with us. I’ve been Laura's client for several years now (Over 12 years). During this time I have had the opportunity to deal with several of her amazing people specially Tammy and they all offered me the best care and service to me and my whole family. They have not ceased to impress me even after all of these years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. People who go as far as they do are so very few and I am beyond thankful to have them managing all of my insurance needs.
In 2017 while I was driving my car, all of a sudden my car caught on fire and luckily I was safe. First thing I did was to call Laura and as usual Laura is always there to pick up the phone, first thing she asked was if I was ok and if I needed any help. Without going further Laura made sure I was taking care off by renting a car and reimburse me for my car within a week.
When my son started driving, as a new driver he encountered so many auto accidents, Laura was always there for us to help us, support us and fight for us. She is a highly skilled and knowledgeable agent and a true professional. I recommended her to all my family and friends and they are all so pleased with her hard work. I always feel like she's family and she takes such a good care of us.
Laura and her team always answer whenever I call or email them for any concerns or questions, I swear and without any exaggerations, my emails are always answered within the 10min I send them.
Good job Laura. I'm so glad you are representing me and my family. That is true customer service. Awesome job!!! Thank you so much for your excellent service and patience.

Laura is our new insurance agent and fabulous! Her colleague, Jake, is proactive and has excellent follow through. My husband, Michael, and I request new insurance bids from various companies for our home, auto, and other items every few years as a standard practice---Laura and Jake stayed "on top" of our request and desire for information/cost estimates, etc. We met with them after we determined we'd go with them based on cost/quality of coverage, etc. I'm a "skeptic" (have bad attitude) about ALL insurance companies as many of us are......so I'm on the "frosty" side during such meetings--- but Laura is very upfront about all the steps we should take to be as prepared as possible for an unfortunate accident and need to file a claim. I seriously appreciated the direct approach and leveling of expectations versus the usual rhetoric "we're great and will pay for everything"---she strives for a partnership and understanding with customers- which is realistic. I'm 64, my husband 74 and we've lived in 5 states, owned 18 homes, and who knows how many cars! We've gone through many insurance agents in our lives----Laura and Jake are excellent and breath of fresh air. I recommend you do as we did--give them a shot as you are considering your insurance needs.

All I can say is Wow, but I need to say more. State Farm Agent Laura Leier is an amazing! If you are looking for an agent, no need to look elsewhere. A neighbors house caught fire and caused our triplex to catch fire. If has been an overwhelming project to rebuild. Laura happened to be the agent for the neighbor. She spoke with me the day of the fire, gave me her card, and let me know if I had any questions or needed help to call. Who does that anymore. Was hoping things would go easy with my insurance and adjuster but they didn't. I took her up on her offer. Since then, I have called her multiple times and she always had time for me. I actually bought a mountain property during this rebuild and had her insure it for me and for so much less than my insurance broker's quote. Laura is the redeal. Insurance anymore is expensive and confusing. You need to find a knowledgeable agent willing to take the time to educate you on what's going in this confusing industry. Hope this helps those out there, as not having the right coverage when a disaster strikes is no fun. Protect yourself and have Laura help take away the stress! PS. I wrote this on my son's account as I don't write reviews but she deserved being recognized!!Kris Franklin

Whether you are new to Colorado, or a native, Laura and her team come with the highest recommendation from me. I never had to worry or shop for any other services while with this agent. My only regret is not being able to bring them with me to my new state! The rare business worth the extra 6th star.

I had been with the same insurance company for 15 years so I was a little nervous about changing my car and house insurance. Samantha at State Farm made it easy and walked me through the process. Samantha pointed out that with my other company my home was under insured. We got it all straightened away and I’m confident if something devastating happened I’d be fully covered.Samantha is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’d highly recommend her.

I have worked with Laura for a little over a year now and she and her whole team are wonderful! I always have my questions answered in a timely manner and she makes me feel like I can ask her anything big or small. StateFarm has given me a more than fair rate.
