I had a great experience leasing a 2024 Nissan Ariya from Larry H Miller Nissan. We worked with Daniel from sales who did a great job finding me the exact color and trim I was looking for.

Bought a brand new truck. The tires were over inflated and one of the tires was damaged from the over inflation. Dealer would not take responsibility or offer reimbursement for the new tire I had to buy. I would probably give a better review but my experience with this dealership (from walking in to them handing me the keys) was very average. It's also annoying that they have repeatedly asked me to leave a review 5 times in the last two weeks.

We took our Pathfinder in to get checked out and for an oil change. We were met by Missy the service department advisor. She was very professional and helpful. She kept us updated and informed through the entire process. Missy was such a pleasure to work with. It is very nice to have an experience like we did. Thank you Missy and Larry Miller Nissan.

My leasing process was pretty painless. But like any interaction at a dealership, there was plenty of waiting around for the next step.
It's be nice if there was a way to set expectations on timing better. Maybe by using the kind of pager queue that the service department uses.

First of all, I made a 12:00 appointment only to be told my car would be done in an hour an and half to 2. So after checking the link to see if my car was done after 2.5 hours and then calling because I never got a phone call, still nothing. So I went to pick up my car and there was a line of people just waiting to be helped. One lady had been waiting 30 min just to get checked in. There was one lady working, which by the way was so nice, doing the best she could and keeping calm amongst all the angry customers. However on the other hand, the gentleman who checked me in was very unhelpful and no where to be found, along with the rest of the employees in the entire building! Seems like they were completely under staffed and all the issues happening were put on this poor girl who was doing her best with no help. I commend the lady working and shame on the rest of the company for not stepping in to help.

Jim and Lou were great! They were fast, knowledgeable, and had my best interest in mind. I would absolutely recommend anyone go here and ask for these guys. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had by far
