Giving them a 3 as we had great customer service last year at the time of purchase. However, we purchased two LU bags when we were in town last year. Both ripped out and did not even make it a season. When I called to see if they provided any kind of warranty or replacement I was told they no longer carry those bags as that was an issue but they have nicer Nike bags now. There was no offer of a discount or exchange. I can get a Nike bag elsewhere. I perfer to support small business when I can but not if they are not going to stand behind there own products I will take my business elsewhere.

For a small store, they have a lot of equipment and great staff to help out. Prices are on point compared to other sports retailers.

Excellent service and good selection of lacrosse gear. We had my son's new maverick kinetic strung and they were quick. We live in Boulder and they sent the completed head via FedEx and it arrived the next day. The young men who work in the store on the weekends are very knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve been coming to this store for years and can honestly say they’ve consistently had great customer service, gear, & stick stringing. I got all my high school sticks/gear from here as well as coming specifically for Pat to string my college sticks every time I was home for breaks. All the workers have such immense knowledge in the game of lacrosse as well as the gear to ensure you are getting the best of what you are looking for. HIGHLY recommend for any and all age groups with a love for lacrosse to get their gear/lacrosse needs from here.

Just had a great experience at this lacrosse unlimited. Andrew was super helpful in helping my son get a Defensive Head for his stick. We just got off a plane from a tournament and had a broken head that needed replaced. We told Andrew that we had practice the next day and usually it takes them 1-2 days to string a head and Andrew really wanted to help us out. So he strung up the head immediately for us so we would have it for practice the next day. He was also very consultative to make sure that he strung it with the right pocket. Great experience!
