We absolutely love our newly refaced kitchen cabinets. They look and feel of high quality and the craftsmanship of both the manufacturer and the installers is top notch. The entire Kitchen Tune-up team worked with diligence and integrity. Workers showed up on time, cleaned up everyday, finished within the given timeframe and there were no surprise charges at the time of completion. I am so happy with our kitchen! It updated the appearance of our kitchen so much that it looks like a kitchen remodel even though we only had it refaced. New hardware and soft close doors made a huge difference too. Our team, Bret and Travis, were fast, meticulous, and personable. It was a great experience all around. I am really disappointed with the lack of or I should say completely absent communication of this company. They are very eager to give an estimate and collect 50% of the project fee then not update you for months on end for when they actually perform the remodel. I had Dee calling me several times a day asking when I would pay the 50% deposit. I had Noah come out and measure. He drilled a hole in my wall to check for a furnace chase but didn’t patch it (I’ve been looking at a hole in my kitchen wall for five months now). Ever since I have put down the 50% deposit, I haven’t heard from the company on when my cabinets will be done. I have reached out many times, supposedly to get a call back. The closest answer is “hmmm I’m thinking sometime in November.” My other contractor thought what I paid for cabinet refacing and upper cabinet replacement was very, very high. If you’re going to charge premium, you need to have account managers follow up with customers and not leave them in the dark for months on end.Every contractor I’ve worked with recently is experiencing supply chain issues and that’s completely understandable but those contractors have communicated well and got it it done in a reasonable timeline. I gave Kitchen Tune-Up the deposit (50% of the project fee) early June and I still don’t know when I’ll get my cabinets done. There is no excuse for the lack of communication and customer service, really feels like a scam. I haven’t even gotten my cabinets done and I have the ultimate buyers remorse with this company. Do not go with Highlands Ranch Kitchen Tune Up for your kitchen remodel. I chose them based on Google reviews and I really regret using that as my way of deciding, always use “word of mouth” to decide.

We called Kitchen Tune-up back in November of 2021. They sent out a rep who showed us our options. They told us in advance it would take a long time to custom order the parts. When they did arrive, two installers refaced our cabinets and installed the new doors and a custom pantry. It only took them 3 days, and they were very professional and courteous. The cost was about half what it would have been to get all new cabinets, and the results look great. We're very satisfied and highly recommend them.

We called Kitchen Tune-up in November 2021and they sent a rep out who showed us our options and told us the price. They refaced our cabinets, replaced the doors, and installed a custom pantry. It came out to around $12K, which is about half what it would have cost to replace all the kitchen cabinets (they were in very bad shape). It took a long time for them to get the custom ordered parts but we were told in advance that this would be the case. It took around 7 months waiting for the materials, but we were aware of the timeframe in advance and agreed to wait. Once the parts arrived, the team of installers took 3 days to get everything done, and it looks amazing. They were professional and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the end result. If you have the time and money, I highly recommend using Kitchen Tune-up.

The entire team at Kitchen Tune Up Highlands Ranch was a pleasure to work with on our kitchen refacing project. The project completion date was delayed due to supplier issues out of their control, but Kitchen Tune Up kept us informed. Lev transformed our 43 yr old, uneven, cheap cabinets into superb quality, soft close doors & drawers and included trim. Dee’s patience with me changing my hardware choice multiple times was very much appreciated. Dan and Noah were great; taking time to assist me whenever I had questions or stopped by the store. We are beyond pleased with the finished product and highly recommend this particular Kitchen Tune Up store and staff.Service: Cabinet repair

BUYER BEWARE - these scammers make you think they are the best thing ever when they pitch you. Don't let them fool you. Not only is their communication poor, they also lack the ability to meet deadlines. They do shoddy work. We have to get the majority of our kitchen redone after Kitchen Tune Up/Littleton ruined it.

I am so happy with my kitchen remodel! They refaced the cabinets on my island and added a new quartzite countertop. The perimeter cabinets were painted and the crown molding at the top of my cabinets were replaced with new to give it more updated look. They customized my range hood which looks amazing! I am in love with my kitchen. I highly recommend them!
