Great experience working with Gideon. Friendly and knowledgeable. I looked at several other places and the way Kingdom took the time to acknowledge me and help me in the store made the difference. The installers were great, professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Kingdom and will use them for all future projects.

It was such a pleasure working with Gideon. He is very professional, our cabinets are exactly what we were looking for and what he said it will be. We also did a countertops (quartz) and the crew that installed it was seriously, amazing. They did the perfect job, they show up on time, clean up after, and even came back to do an extra things that I forgot to ask them…. Mike and team helped with a quartz install for my bathroom remodel. Customer service from start to finish was great, and I’m so appreciative that they offer Saturday hours. Installers were professional and friendly, not to mention a fast turnaround on fabrication. I’d highly recommend this crew.

After searching for months for something to replace my outdated china cabinet, I stopped in at Kingdom. My daughter had used them for her kitchen so I was familiar with their work. After showing Gideon my inspiration photo, he knew exactly what I wanted and we quickly finalized the plan. The installation team was wonderful and I am beyond happy with the results.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Kingdom. The project started off well and the team was great to work with on the design portion of our kitchen remodel. When we got to the installation portion, it went down hill quickly. Our biggest issues were around communication and quality of work.Communication was poor as we did not have one dedicated person to communicate with. Messages and requests got lost in the shuffle of playing telephone between us, the install crew on site, and the site coordinator. For example, when scheduling work for the next day, we told the coordinator that there couldn’t be any noise during a specific hour because of a work meeting. The installation crew showed up during that time and started making noise. When asked to be quiet, they left. We called the coordinator to see what was happening and she told us that the crew left because they were told they couldn’t work. They didn’t come back for three days.In addition to communication, Kingdom’s quality of work was not up to our standard. When the cabinets were installed, they were installed to the wrong height. Additional crew was needed to reinstall the cabinets and undo work that was done on a pony wall to bring it back down to its original height. This work had to be completed after working hours because counters were being installed the next day. Also, lack of attention to detail when installing molding and other finishing pieces resulted in unfinished edges being visible and the need for piecemeal work to cover gaps. Additionally, during installation, the crew dropped LiquidNails on the floor that was not cleaned up, dropped tools on the hardwoods which created dents, and spilled drops of cabinet paint on the floor.After the cabinet and counter installation, we cancelled all remaining work with Kingdom and finished the project ourselves because we lacked faith in their ability to adequately complete the remaining work.We understand that things go wrong during construction projects and what sets companies apart is how they handle those issues. Based on issues with our project and how Kingdom handled them, we would never recommend this company to anyone.

We can't say enough about the positive experience we've had with Gideon, Vanessa and their team. Kingdom helped us completely remodel our kitchen, family room and update the light fixtures in our home. The work was extensive from design to install and we couldn't be happier. Having worked with this team for months we got to know everyone. They are honest, ethical, organized and thorough in all aspects of their work. Kingdom's customer service is perfect which is so uncommon with the number of contractors and detail involved.So happy we found Kingdom Countertops and Cabinetry!! We will use them for any future projects for our home and investment properties. They are truly a team you can count on! Five star company.

Just finished our kitchen with Kingdom! We really love it. Swapped out our old granite countertops and backsplash (that I hated) for quartz. They were easy to work with, communicative, and started and finished on time. And, they were willing to help us pull off this project before our baby arrived--which was huge! We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

We worked with Kingdom Countertops & Cabinetry to have countertops installed for our wet bar, vanity, and window sills in our basement. We got to choose a unique slab of natural stone and Kingdom went out of their way to ensure that there were no seams and that the parts of the slab chosen for the countertops were the most interesting parts of the slab. We were also very impressed with the backsplash matching the patterns of the slab, check out the photos! The surfaces are flawless. The installation was wonderful and fast, and we are so excited to finish the rest of our basement to enjoy our new spaces!

We are beyond happy with our new kitchen from Kingdom Countertops & Cabinetry! I've never had a contractor project run this smoothly. Not only did they start and finish the kitchen weeks before we were quoted, the entire team and all the workers were extremely professional and accommodating. They were also able to quickly mitigate a mold issue we were unaware of, and keep the project on track. I cannot recommend them enough! We will be coming to Kingdom for all our future home projects.

Jerry was a huge help in getting our kitchen remodel started and he worked with us on piecing it together. Both the counter tops and the back splash work was excellent, was done in a timely and professional manner, would recommend and will definitely call on them again if we update other areas of the house.

Kingdom Countertops & Cabinetry staff were fantastic to work with on my bathroom remodel project. Fair pricing, beautiful cabinet, and very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way from the day I ordered my bathroom vanity. They are excellent designers and even helped me pick out a wall color that would go well with my grey cabinets. Installation of both the cabinet and the quartz top was a breeze and very professionally done.

Jerry at Kingdom Countertops & Cabinetry was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He helped us find the perfect countertop within our budget. The process was seamless and all our questions were answered right away. They worked with our contractor and kept all parties involved in the know. The template was easy with install a week later. I would highly recommend Kingdom!

Gideon and his team were great to work with during the entire process. They are creative, very helpful and show a real interest in helping put together the combination of products you are looking for. We had one minor issue with one of the products that was delivered but they stepped up and took care of us immediately and professionally to our satisfaction.I highly recommend them and will use them again without hesitation.
