Today was my last day shopping at Soopers. There's always a long line in self-checkout. Only one cashier is open with a long line waiting there as well.Plus, their self-service machines are abysmal. On average I need the clerk to come over 7 times (I've been counting). I can't checkout the way I want, only the way the machine will allow. Don't have this problem at Whole Foods. So from now on, I'll drive the extra minute to shop at WF.

Great location. Usually has all the items I am looking for in stock and is very organized. One big plus for me is they always have at least one cashier line open, not just self checkout.

ELMA M working at customer service department is very rude, unfriendly and impatient!!! She is reluctantly to give me the refund due to a cashier's mistake!!! She shouldn't be working at the customer service department with such bad attitudes!!!

Jase and Kody might as well run the place . They helped me find items check me out and get me out to the car. They deserve a raise like 21 dollars an hour. Thankfully the younger generation is saved thanks to these two. This proves the younger generation has hope. We need to get these kids noticed. Thanks for the help and what a good and beautiful store.

The extremely immature man in the deli who calls himself "Foreman" is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He gave me a rude look from the beginning and how low his pants are~ almost to his knees it looks like~ is appallingly disgusting I wanted to throw up. He was also extremely rude to his employees who were simply trying to help them. I felt bad for them. Why does he scream at me to take my order? He talked unnecessarily loud and in an angry tone, while seeming to slam things around. Overall terrible customer service. I did not purchase the meat I ordered from the deli that day only because I do not trust this Foreman person.

I do not recommend showing up late, however, I did. And I thought I'd have to feel like a big j*** because of it, but Ms. Michelle and Ms. Valentenya made me feel at ease while accommodating my tardiness, when they had absolutely zero reason, or obligation to. I would also like to commend Miss Victoria, the head pharmacist, who always makes me feel like family, which is the reason why I bypass the king Soopers, near my new home, and continue to get my meds filled here. I would highly recommend the King Soopers pharmacy on Quebec in Highlands Ranch - and I would also highly recommend giving all three of these ladies a raise! I have been dealing with pharmacies for 20 years, and the staff here truly treats me like family- so I felt it necessary to leave this review, as it is definitely the best, King Soopers pharmacy in the Denver area! ... Also, I would like to reiterate, all three of these ladies need a raise!

This is my local shopping ? location & in comparison to other kings, this one is above par. Usually has what I need, but feel since the pandemic, lost some of the charm. The added alcohol has lessened the selection. The people in general are nice, but would be nice to see more management visible to support.Example: self checkout always is a cluster. They have two different areas, but mostly have the one section open. Why don't they open both, if there are lines going deep in the isles? Feel there is a lack of staff to support during peak times.

They hide bin for recycle for plastic bag so no one could access it! So, when people bring plastic bags for recycling they are unable to find bin which is behind administrator. When I've asked: "Why do you hide it?" Response: "It is our policy because shoppers instead to pay for bags taking used one from bin." I don't believe in this as in other King Soopers bin is visible and accessible. So, if you need to recycle plastic bags, ask administrator where is the bin and he/she will show where it is. Very irresponsible for company who gives away so many plastic bags which end up in trash.

If your shopping for groceries in town, go to the kings by cherry hills church, or the one on Quebec. This store is awful at keeping up with stock and has a poor selection as of recently, and is also pretty small too compared to the other ones mentioned. Also, would recommend staying away from this one at night, (10-11 PM seems to be the yucky time) as ive seen many teenagers come in and practice disrespectful & disruptive behavior, and store management doesn't do a whole lot to stop it. Also, if your shopping by your self, and often have big shopping lists, the Quebec location has large self checkout stations that make shopping alone very easy! Also be carful, as we have seen and picked up food that was opened/unsealed, so double check yoru groceries.

I deal with doctors, medical assistants and healthcare professionals on a weekly basis due to having rheumatoid arthritis, two different forms of lupus, Raynaud's disease, Sjogren's, scoliosis and a rare neurological disorder that makes basic day-to-day activities sometimes difficult. There is an employee at this pharmacy location named Shelby, who is nothing short of a bully and has the uncanny skill of making customers feel worse than before, when they're already unwell. She is extremely unprofessional and has been on several occasions to me and my husband--both on the phone and in person. The friendly people who work at the same location are unfortunately overshadowed by the impatient and unwelcoming nature of this particular person. When a human is sick, sleep deprived, in pain, or anxious for possible upcoming scans and tests, kindness from a pharmacy team member can make all the difference in the world. Anyone who's been sick in their life can tell you it's usually a lonely experience, and that feeling of being ostracized is even more pronounced when dealing with workers like Shelby who make one feel not only like an inconvenience but a blurred number among many. No one chooses a life of disease or disability. And what if someone grappling with a new diagnosis calls in and happens to be struggling with suicidal thoughts? Where is the grace and compassion for hurting humans in need of help? I would strongly recommend members of the ranch community in need of a safe dependable pharmacy to look elsewhere and save themselves the grief or any hurt feelings. Kindness is free but priceless. And so powerful.

As a new mom, I was depending on King Sooper's order pick up to get my weekly groceries. I scheduled my pick up for 12:30-1:00pm. I also received an email that my order was confirmed.Upon arriving to the store I received a call saying that their order pick up was running behind and they hadn't even started shopping for my order. $245 spent - it was a large order. Awful customer care.
