I'm not the type to go on google and leave a review but this pharmacy is a joke. lazy and disrespectful the description they have on google is the exact opposite of whatever goes on there. they've had me call my doctor to call them. had me wait over a hour in the chair and when I called my doc back to see what was going on. They put the phone down on my doc and proceeded in personal conversation & hung up my doctor couldn't get a answer. They assumed I left and when I turned the corner to 3 them laughing at the situation, See me fuming and fumble their side of the story instead of doing what they should have done to begin with immediately pick up the phone had a 30 second conversation and the problem was finally solved. if I could leave lower than a star I would.

My wife was extremely sick for over 12 hours and in need of medication and her doctor called in a prescription in the morning. Since it was not filled by 3pm, I drove there to see why. They let their RX voicemails pile up all day without even checking them and filled none of those prescriptions because they were too busy giving out flu shots! SERIOUSLY!!! Sick people didn’t get their meds so that vaccinations could be given to people who are not sick! That’s like a hospital ER giving out bandaids while other patients bleed to death! Worst of all, none of them even thought they were wrong. Talk about twisted priorities…

Jase and Kody might as well run the place . They helped me find items check me out and get me out to the car. They deserve a raise like 21 dollars an hour. Thankfully the younger generation is saved thanks to these two. This proves the younger generation has hope. We need to get these kids noticed. Thanks for the help and what a good and beautiful store.

The extremely immature man in the deli who calls himself "Foreman" is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He gave me a rude look from the beginning and how low his pants are~ almost to his knees it looks like~ is appallingly disgusting I wanted to throw up. He was also extremely rude to his employees who were simply trying to help them. I felt bad for them. Why does he scream at me to take my order? He talked unnecessarily loud and in an angry tone, while seeming to slam things around. Overall terrible customer service. I did not purchase the meat I ordered from the deli that day only because I do not trust this Foreman person.

I do not recommend showing up late, however, I did. And I thought I'd have to feel like a big jerk because of it, but Ms. Michelle and Ms. Valentenya made me feel at ease while accommodating my tardiness, when they had absolutely zero reason, or obligation to. I would also like to commend Miss Victoria, the head pharmacist, who always makes me feel like family, which is the reason why I bypass the king Soopers, near my new home, and continue to get my meds filled here. I would highly recommend the King Soopers pharmacy on Quebec in Highlands Ranch - and I would also highly recommend giving all three of these ladies a raise! I have been dealing with pharmacies for 20 years, and the staff here truly treats me like family- so I felt it necessary to leave this review, as it is definitely the best, King Soopers pharmacy in the Denver area! ... Also, I would like to reiterate, all three of these ladies need a raise!

Every single time without fail I call to refill prescriptions I’m on hold for 20-40 minutes. Then the pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist are rude and are very pushy to get off the phone. The customer service is beyond subpar. The urgency to answer phones is completely absent. This pharmacy really needs to figure out some customer service training and a better system to be more respectful of customers time and needs. I’m beyond disappointed in the service they give. If it wasn’t so close I would not be going to them anymore. Don’t recommend!

I deal with doctors, medical assistants and healthcare professionals on a weekly basis due to having rheumatoid arthritis, two different forms of lupus, Raynaud's disease, Sjogren's, scoliosis and a rare neurological disorder that makes basic day-to-day activities sometimes difficult. There is an employee at this pharmacy location named Shelby, who is nothing short of a bully and has the uncanny skill of making customers feel worse than before, when they're already unwell. She is extremely unprofessional and has been on several occasions to me and my husband--both on the phone and in person. The friendly people who work at the same location are unfortunately overshadowed by the impatient and unwelcoming nature of this particular person. When a human is sick, sleep deprived, in pain, or anxious for possible upcoming scans and tests, kindness from a pharmacy team member can make all the difference in the world. Anyone who's been sick in their life can tell you it's usually a lonely experience, and that feeling of being ostracized is even more pronounced when dealing with workers like Shelby who make one feel not only like an inconvenience but a blurred number among many. No one chooses a life of disease or disability. And what if someone grappling with a new diagnosis calls in and happens to be struggling with suicidal thoughts? Where is the grace and compassion for hurting humans in need of help? I would strongly recommend members of the ranch community in need of a safe dependable pharmacy to look elsewhere and save themselves the grief or any hurt feelings. Kindness is free but priceless. And so powerful.

As a new mom, I was depending on King Sooper's order pick up to get my weekly groceries. I scheduled my pick up for 12:30-1:00pm. I also received an email that my order was confirmed.Upon arriving to the store I received a call saying that their order pick up was running behind and they hadn't even started shopping for my order. $245 spent - it was a large order. Awful customer care.

This is where I am getting my prescriptions filled going forward. Really great service. Walgreens is a disaster.

I had the nastiest, rudest, slowest cashier today.I guess it’s my own fault for using the self service checkout.

Customer service just keeps getting worse!

Today was the second time the middle age hispanic lady working in the self-service checkout made a smart a** remark to me when I needed help during check out. Maybe it's time for management to give her some basic customer service training.

Terrible. They are notorious for losing the prescription information sent from the doctor.

I would agree with others since Errol has left this store has gone down hill quick. Long lines while employees chit chat with each other at the service desk. Rotting produce and bare shelves along with filth everywhere. I wish they had a new manager there that more pride in the store. Guess we will need to start traveling an extra couple miles for the Safeway on Broadway. Rather disappointing

Since Erol left this place is awful. Place is plain dirty. Shelves sit empty while workers who are to be stocking them stand around a chitty chat. Three people behind deli counter saying sorry we don't have enough help and can't open until 8 am. Time to give another store a try.
