We worked mainly with Zack at Kenna Real Estate and he went above and beyond in helping us to close on a difficult mortgage assumption. Working with the mortgage company holding the loan was an exercise in frustration but Zack stayed on top of the situation, and was very knowledgeable and informative about the process and length of time it would take to close. I worked with Zach and Jorgen at Kenna Real estate. I can honestly say that if it hadn't been for them, I would not have bought my first home. I called based on a mention of a rent-to-own program that came up on a Google search. I believed I would never be a home owner, and I was trying to get creative to find somewhere for my family to live. Zach called me right away, and during our conversation, he educated me on the buying market and ownership programs that are suited to my family's situation. He put me in touch with their financing guru, and we, incredibly, qualified to purchase a home. Zach and Jorgen worked together to show us homes that might work for us, and after only 2 outings with Jorgen, we found a place we really liked. These guys did such a good job of walking us through our options, and we felt like we had a couple of good buddies walking us through the process. These gentlemen were compassionate, informative, supportive, and knowledgeable. They were also a breeze to communicate with and available when we needed them. You can really tell that Zach and Jorgen really care about helping people find a place to call home. They check in with us periodically too, to see how we are doing in our new home and see if we need help with anything. Definitely go with Kenna. We are SO glad that we did. Thanks again guys!
