I ordered the chicken ceasar wrap yesterday for lunch, didn’t eat much else other than chips yesterday. That wrap gave me the worst food poisoning Ive ever had. I’ve been getting sick since 4am this morning. I cant keep anything down because it just gets worse. My stomach started hurting yesterday but I didn’t think much of it until today. I cant even get out of bed without getting sick.

Terrible run location. Don’t bother ordering ahead. Ran out of meat? Bathroom occupied while I waited 20 minutes for an order I pre ordered.

I live very close to this one. It is the worst ran one I have seen in a while. I'm not sure why every time I go they are slammed but only have 1 to 2 sandwich people and a guy at the front who is overwhelmed. I get the sandwich and most the time they mess up the ingredients because they are playing massive catch-up all day. I think this boils down to bad owners. If you can't staff enough to keep up with demand then you aren't playing enough to these hard working employees. If you had enough staff and paid them right they would stay and keep up well with the demand. I have never been to this location and had smooth service. Let's quell this corporate greed please.

This location is horribly slow. It took them 45 minutes to make sandwiches at 3pm on a Wednesday. There certainly weren't any customers eating in at that time.

I took a picture of my order and noticed something was missing. I thought the sign was for the customer, but I guess it is to remind the employees. Good thing we didn't get it to go and got the pickle and enjoyed the outside tables on a nice day.

Update 4/18: We never received the refund we were promised. I am extremely frustrated that I have to follow up on this in the first place. This entire process has been a disaster. Please don’t call me. I just want my money back.We are beyond disappointed with our experience tonight. We placed an order for delivery at 8pm. Around 8:30pm it marked as out for delivery. We waited. And waited. And waited… finally we look it up and they closed at 9pm. It’s now 9:30pm. So we call the store, and no explanation at all as to why our order was just never delivered. We were offered a refund. I have to say, after waiting an hour 30 minutes for our food and now with most food options have closed for the evening… this was really upsetting. A manager (I think) called back after we had spoken to the original person. They said the address was put in was wrong (which we verified, it wasn’t the case) and a vague “we will get you a free meal next time you come in”. They didn’t tell us how to redeem this offer or ask for any of our information to ensure we were able to get it. Truly, sitting here scrambling at almost 10pm to figure out dinner (while now hangry) has really ruined our whole evening. We won’t be back.

Been disappointed with this shop. No Lettuce at all. I understand that there have been issues with Lettuce, but there was no sign to indicate that they had zero lettuce. Meat and bread only. No dressing on the sandwich (vito) and was dry.I walked into an empty store. No customers and no staff in view. I could hear someone talking in the back. Waited 2 mins for someone to even see that I had walked in. My order was ready, but the girl who appeared to be on a short break ended up getting my order. The other woman who was still talking, had mayonnaise in her hand, so it appears she was restocking. All understandable, but complaining about how she never has time to eat. Dangerous situation if potentially a different person walked through the door. No eyes in the store.

Watched these 2 losers do absolutely nothing for at least an hour while I ate… as their 3rd coworker (not pictured) did all the work & never stopped working.Kudos to that that 3rd person. But these guys make this place look hopelessly pathetic.

Jimmy John’s is a shining example of customer service - and this location absolutely stays true to that. I ordered on the app and I’m pretty sure my sandwich was delivered to my front door less than 20 minutes from when I placed the order…that’s freaky fast. This will be my go to location for awhile. Thank you all!
