We've been trusting our vehicle maintenance to Schomp Honda for many years. While we've always received good service, our most recent experience was truly exceptional. Our service advisor Cassie was friendly, professional and attentive to every concern. She's a true professional with a genuine desire to provide the best customer experience possible. Cassie delivered a five star experience second to none. Our only disappointment was that the car wash wasn't operational. I'd subtract one star for that but don't want that to dilute the efforts of Cassie and the rest of the team in delivering the best customer experience possible. They earned this five star review and our repeat business!

I purchased a car from Honda and some items needed to be installed in the service department. Service department kept me informed when the items arrived and a date to install. I was given a loaner car for the day, since my vehicle would be returned the next day. Everything was done as agreed to originally and to my satisfaction. The young lady I dealt with in the service center was helpful and very professional great service.

Schomp Honda service center is the best! Service representative Cassandra is very professional, efficient, empathetic and kind. She walked me through the whole process, which helped so much. The service technician who diagnosed the car issue took care of the problem right away. The customer service at the Honda service center is outstanding!

Quick and exceptional service. This is my 2nd service for my 2022 Honda Civic. Needed an alignment. Appointment was available within a few days. I used the after-hours drop-off, and service kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle until it was ready to be picked up the next day.

I worked with Phoummarack to get an oil change. He told me it would take 1.5 hours to 2, but was quicker than that. Good customer service and great communication.

I have been a customer of Ralph Schomp Honda for many years. The service there is exceptional. They go to great lengths to make their customers feel appreciated and important.The service is prompt and very professional. Their facility is clean and well organized. I can get my car serviced much closer to home but choose to drive further to have my car serviced at Ralph Schomp because I have confidence the job will be done right, the price will be fair and I will be treated as a valued customer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I came in to have new keys made, and they did a full inspection, and found that my battery needed replaced, which I would not have known otherwise. I was so grateful to have my battery replaced before winter hit.! Love these guys!:)

Had a problem with tire wear. Thought I'd had everything inspected elsewhere. Following the advice of the service advisor, the technicians inspected the basics and found a significant alignment problem and demonstrated, by video, there were no other suspension problems. We arrived at SCHOMP HONDA in Highlands Ranch, CO about 3:00 on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. After meeting with a service manager - who did a walk-around the car with me, we went to the lobby lounge while they got started on the car. To my surprise, they finished within an hour, texted me a video of what they did and didn’t do, and gave me a detailed print out of my service. Incredibly friendly people, and an amazingly efficient operation. If I lived in the Denver area, I would definitely take my car to SCHOPM.

Schomp is the only place I’ll get my Pilot serviced. Honest mechanics that have all the service records right there in the computer. I keep up with the recommended service, and that’s why my Pilot is running smooth with almost $185k miles. Jake Angard is the best advisor I have ever worked with, and is the main reason I keep coming back to Schomp. I have four family Hondas that they take care of, and no complaints. Thanks guys!
