If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I had a massage at 12pm and was canceled 20 minutes before via email. Kristina sent me an email because they didn't have my number on file. But really 20 minutes before ? If the customer would had done this there would had been a charge. All I got was I'm so sorry let's reschedule. I was looking forward to this as a birthday gift to myself. And hand & stone ruined that for me. No option to even get someone else at a later time. No solutions to fix what they messed up. I am in customer service and that's no way to treat a customer. I would never ever recommend this place to someone. Read this reviews seems like this happens often.

This location allowed my account to be hacked, very scary, when confronted they offered zero help, or explanation of what was taken. When I asked for my stolen packages back, they said they couldn’t help. Then, a new employee accidentally schedule a wrong date apt., when we missed an apt. We didn’t schedule, they refused a very large refund, scamming us out of our money, explaining they will have to train their staff better. In addition, I’ve been getting massages since I was 16, due to an injury, I had one massage therapist there who was clearly drunk, giving a sloppy massage that made me feel worse, then I had one pour out her tragic life story, the entire massage. I empathized with her but that was vastly unprofessional, once again, their bottom line was more important than making it right, and they refused any compensation or customer service! I’ve never been treated so awful! DO NOT GIVE THEM your business, you too might get hacked!

Classic bait and switch. Purchased a buy one get one from the hand and stone website only to be told that you must call in for the promotion even though the website directed customers to the deal. Called in and asked for a refund only to be told that we could not be refunded. Both the location and area managers were extremely unprofessional and rude. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I would highly recommend not purchasing from hand and stone. I purchased a buy one get one free gift card over Black Friday and never received the free gift card. I was told that they had incorrect information on their website. However, they refuse to refund my money for their mistake, even though I was told by a manager that they would refund the purchase. Horrible customer service.

I have been a member of the highlands ranch location for years. The service has gone way down over the past two years. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months after going in for a service and the front people calling me asking me if I was going to leave a higher tip? Who does that? I get a hold of someone name twanie she won’t respond my emails after she assured me that I was canceled as of 7/31. Then they charge my card again. I’ve never seen a business run so poorly in all my life.

I would strongly encourage anyone who wishes to go here to ask lots of questions before proceeding with the service. I called and booked two introductory massages, and one introductory facial, as we had never been there before. When we checked in, I confirmed with the front desk representative that this was our first time. After we received the massages, both my friend, and I were shocked at our bill. Apparently, we had visited another location in 2018 and thus, we were not eligible for the $89 rate. Instead, we were charged $149.95. In addition, I was charged $10 extra because I had a senior massage therapist. None of this was disclosed upon me making the phone appointments and upon check in. My total bill was $159.95 for a 50-minute massage. Consequently, I will never return.

1. Aesthetician wore gloves which is okay if thats what she needs/prefers but not all of them wear gloves so client should be given an option if they prefer no gloves on face. Usually my face glows after a facial but this time my skin is breaking out all over. Not to mention feeling gloved rub face for an hour is not a pleasant experience at all!2. When I reached home and finally got the chance to look in a mirror I realized that Blackheads were removed from the right side of my nose but not left side or the tip.During facial when I realized exfoliation was done, I asked why the steamer was not used & only then I was informed that the steamer was broken. Well, there should be more than one steamers in the facility. Very disappointed!3. I was looking forward to trying the Clarity products but was never given a choice. The dermalogica products were ready to be used and the Aesthetician explained that she can mix and match various ones. I strongly feel like the choice should be mine4. At the end there was a $30 addition charge which was never mentioned during the facial. The sweet front desk girl brought it to the managers attention and he quickly without any questions took that off but it sure does make me question this place.Overall, not recommended..Lots of places with same or cheaper prices but way better results from a facial.

I really enjoy the message and the facials at this location. The technicians are amazing. However, today is the 5th or 6th time they cancel my appointment. It has been very hard to schedule appointments, because they do not have the time, the day, or even the technician I need, and if it happens they do have all three, they call me to cancel, to reschedule or to schedule me in another location. (This location is literally 5 min. From my house) I had tried to schedule appointments in advace so this would not happened, but unfortunately, it continues to happen. I understand, things happened but getting cancel almost every appointment is not agradable.

I really enjoyed my massage with Trey. The customer service here is amazing and I will definitely be booking an appointment again at the end of the month!
