All I did was asked if they had an empty bin. The attendant was nasty and asked me what was wrong with the two half full bins. I said I was parked far away. He told me to take the one already out. Then mumbled some other complaints at me. I’ve gone here three times in the last year and was met with rudeness 2 of 3 times. The third time nobody was there. I will never go there nor will anyone from my family. Don’t they under stand we don’t need to donate there!

I volunteered there and found the staff and managers to be hostile. They were unable to treat others with dignity. Very bad environment for all involved!

Less than 1 if I could. You either want donations or you don't. Post hours that you will be there. Period. You give Goodwill a bad name.

Nice staff. Easy drop off. I had to circle around the t.J Maxx a couple times trying to find it. It's actually in the strip mall. It is not a normal Goodwill drop off location. It is a small location in between the lash place and bath& body works. But smart and easy. Well I like it

Just went to drop off a donation. Checked hours online before I left the house. Checked the front window and noted the neon open sign lit in the window. Got to the door with my heavy basket and the door was locked. Waited a few minutes and employee came back but refused my donation because he said he was on lunch break. It was 2:15pm and he did not have any lunch in his hands.

Update your hours! I drove there Wednesday with car full of items - only to have a sign on door just saying no longer opened on Wednesdays.

Dressing rooms “closed due to staffing.” ? well I don’t need anyone INSIDE my room. It’s a Covid tactic businesses are taking now to do less.

This was the most unhelpful place to donate numerous items. I had several large items that were quite heavy. Even though there were two people working no one offered any assistance. Will not return to this location in the future.

gave the guy a third chance.....done. He is rude. I asked for a bin so I could unload clothes and bring it back. I guess I was asking too much!!!!! Rude before COVID and donated twice just recently. I will go to ARC where they gladly take my gently used clothes. This guy is SOOO unprofessional. If he hates his job, then quit. During one drop off, he was complaining about the last person who dropped off. J******

I don't get it. ALL the employees are mean and/or nasty to EVERYONE. I just wanted to make sure and support a good cause, but after a few visits over the years....I almost want to just throw my stuff away! It's weird and wrong to be so rude and grumpy and ugh! Time to move to Salvation Army or other!

Goodwill as a place is fine, but this location is terrible, the guy that works there with no teeth and biker clothes is extremely rude and acts like he absolutely hates his job, treated us very poorly when we we went to DONATE things... unreal.
