I was using the print and go feature of the company but the retrieval code turned out invalid twice. The associate behind the counter helped but charged me a $2.63 convenience fee. When I objected, the response was that I was using their help instead of using the self-help. Hello.... its your machine that is not letting me use the code. I got the charge reversed but I find out once back home that I was charged $1.50 instead of 75 cents for color copies. And no apologies from anyone - I think they already knew that the retrieval code feature of print and go is not working. If you are trying to keep lights on at your business, try better business ethics and common courtesy. Please

Printing services are good. Shipping and tracking services are subpar. There are always features unavailable for no listed reason, when it comes to signatures, FedEx almost always makes one attempt and refuses to make another and has you pick it up. A lot can be improved on, but still pretty good.

I stopped in Friday late morning with an envelope to mail, the cost was $11.00 ish and I was told it will be delivered Monday. It is Wednesday at 4:42 and it is still not delivered. When I stopped in to ask for a refund because the Post Office would have been faster for the price of a stamp I was given an 800 number and that representative said they cannot refund me. Horrible Experience and package still not delivered.

I am so beyond thankful for this FedEx location. I have been having my pharmacy send my very expensive medications to this FedEx location. This has prevented them from sitting in the heat, or chancing porch pirates from taking them. Tonight the staff went over and above to make sure I received my time-sensitive and refrigerated medications. I can't say enough about the quality of the customer service was. THANK YOU!!! Every time I've been in, the store is clean and the staff has always been friendly. While it's a bit of an inconvenience to go to the store instead of step out onto the porch, the peace of mind is worth the 10 minute drive!

Rep said package would go to a secure hold facility. Instead it went to recipients address. Also, paid for overnight delivery and it arrived 5 days later. Called customer service, they said the FedEx rep was at fault. Never going here again.

I went in today for the first time and I had no idea how to print anything. The woman who worked there was very helpful and really nice. I didn’t catch her name, but I came in and out with exactly what I needed. I will definitely come back next time I need to print something.

I just shipped an item to another Fedex Ship center from here. The other Fedex did not accept ground shipments and this location did not even bother to check if one of their sister locations doesn't accept some form of shipment. Terrible

I have been coming to this location for several years. I have purchased a number of different envelopes/products and never had any issues. I have also never been asked to show my ID to mail an envelope. Tonight, Nikki who is supposedly an assistant manager, told me I needed an ID or Passport to ship an envelope. I told her I didn’t have my ID, as it was in my infant’s bedroom who I was just able to get to sleep so I could come to FedEx. She was beyond unprofessional and downright rude. I’ll be calling the manager of the store to report her disgusting behavior towards me. I’ve historically had great experiences here, so this really threw me tonight. Beware of Nikki.

Very slow staff, so if you'd like to be in and out within 15 min this isn't your spot. To make matters worse, Denise the manager shouldn't be working with people. She was very rude and has a terrible attitude. I won't be back!
