I used this farmers branch for several years for my business liability insurance. Last year I canceled because I found much better rates elsewhere. I spoke withthe agent, and he told me I needed to send the cancelation to him via email. I did everything he asked. Was very detailed in my email as to when I wanted my account canceled, what my account number was. I continued getting bills in the mail. I called the agent again and he said he passed on the cancelation. It has now been a year, and I am still getting collection phone calls that I owe farmers insurance. I forwarded my emails showing I canceled however it just appears, if farmers does not want to cancel your policy, regardless of what you want they will not cancel it, and will continue sending bills, and continues ending the collection agency after you even tho you have all your documentation showing you clearly canceled your policy. Last March. I just got another phone call this morning. Do not use these guys.

Rick was great to work with. He was able to switch my Home, Auto, Umbrella and add Life Insurance for less than where I was at. The team is very knowledgable and I am happy with the switch. I would recommend anyone who needs an insurance professional uses Rick. I am working with Rick to also switch my business policies and that should be switched over soon.

Not all insurance needs are the same. My situation was unique and several insurance agencies wanted me to adjust my situation to match their products.Rick's team went to work for me to find products that fit my situation and my budget! Thanks to their hard work I received a renter's policy, construction equipment policy, auto policies, life policies, and even a property insurance policy.Will be back for renewals and ANY other policy I'll need from here on out! I have been with Farmers for 20 years and frankly there may be lower premiums on the internet but the service and knowledge that Scott and his agency shares is the highest level. During my most recent annual review Scott noticed that my homeowner's premium could be improved by over $900 per year. Scott is a professional and an expert in his business.
