The representative Tayler was very disrespectful, when i asked for a manager she hung up on us. I have always work with enterprise I usually go to the location off Havana and have a great experience so i wasn’t expecting to get treated disrespectfully at this one. If you can go some where else I recommend going some where else! We were able to reach out to another location and a manager helped us out with out any problems! Just wouldn’t recommend this location.

The check in process was quick and easy. I did fill out my information online ahead of time which absolutely did help. They were friendly and efficient. Troy was especially kind, informative, and gave overall great customer service. I do wish that there was an after hours drop box since they close so early on Saturdays and the rest of the week. Other than having to work my schedule around that, the experience was great!

Got a rental car here as part of an insurance claim. They kicked out my initial rental reservation and made me do a fire drill to have my insurance resend a reservation even though I had a confirmation number (that was in place for weeks) the night before my car was going in. They were great to picked me up from the collision center but that is the only good thing I can say. The car was dirty with soda sprayed on the drivers window. When I tried to call them to arrange return, I had to call the same day eight times before I could get through to someone because they don’t have their voicemail set up and I couldn’t leave a message. When I returned the car, they couldn’t give me a receipt or anything to document its return. They were unapologetic every step of the way. I hope not all their locations operate like this.

Brian helped me after going to 2 other rental companies. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and super professional! He made it easy from beginning to the very end. Ben also helped me via phone when Brian wasn't available and they both were extremely helpful when returning the vehicle. I am not one to write reviews, but they so deserve it! Thank you guys! I appreciate all your help this past week!Also other staff members were friendly and the office was clean and smelled really good lol

They put me on a 27-dollar rate a day on a car and then They increased the rate to 44 dollars a day without previous notice. One of the employees at the desk told me that they weren't authorized to give me that lower rate and that I was going to have to pay it anyway. This is very frustrating and misleading on their side. Now I have to pay the consequences for their incompetence. I do not recommend this branch. Terrible customer service!

This is the WORST experience I have ever had. I do not say this lightly. This Enterprise location gave me a car with the key fob battery tapped to it with scotch tape. They told me this would be fine as long as I hold the fob near the starter. This worked for one day. The next day I wasn’t even able to unlock the vehicle. I called Enterprise and reported the issue. They told me I could have the car towed unattended and sent me an Uber to drop the dead key off at their location. It has been over 48 hrs. The car is still not towed and I have belongs in the car that I cannot get to. I have spoke with multiple people and they have sent multiple tows (none of which can open the vehicle or tow it). AND somehow this location doesn’t even have a spare key for this vehicle. All I can say is, save yourself the headache and your precious time and rent elsewhere. Truly a disappointment and an absolute waste of time.

Have used them several times. Very nice staff try hard to keep up with demand, which is stressing all car rentals these days. The phone system is a nightmare, but that's a corporate problem they have to live with. Enterprise is neither the best or worst of its industry. Prices vary for all of them. Luck plays a part. They won't do one way rentals, but almost nobody does. Basically, it's a convenient location for me, and a company I'm satisfied with.

Our experience with Enterprise rental company has been nothing short of a frustrating letdown. It's like they've got a playbook on how not to keep promises and run a company poorly.Here's the story: Our trusty car was in the shop at Pro-Masters Auto Collision & Hail Center, and they handed us over to Enterprise for a rental. Cool, right? Well, not really. The rental pickup spot was practically a hop, skip, and a jump away from Pro-Masters Auto Collision & Hail Center, but for some inexplicable reason, we were told to return the car to the airport. That's like taking a scenic route when you're already late for work.Now, Pro-Masters Auto Collision & Hail Center made a bold promise. They swore up and down that they'd cover the $300 drop-off fee. You can imagine our surprise when we got slapped with that exact fee by Enterprise. It's like they're playing a game of "Let's see who can break more promises."Oh, but the fun doesn't stop there. The manager from the repair shop assured us she was in cahoots with Enterprise and that they'd sort out the charge from Pro-Masters Auto Collision & Hail Center. Guess what? That never happened. Six weeks have come and gone, and we're still stuck in this frustrating loop with neither side taking responsibility.In short, Enterprise, you've really dropped the ball on this one. Your inability to keep your word and your baffling management have left us seriously disappointed and out of pocket. We expected better, but all we got was a comedy of errors. We won't be giving Enterprise another shot, and we'd advise anyone else to steer clear if they want to avoid this

I went in looking for a rental due to budget rental messing me over, and Taylor was the one who helped me. She was VERY kind and understanding of my situation and helped me out so much! She made it a quick and easy process especially for it being my 1st time ever getting a rental.

My survey never came via email, but had to give them 5 stars. The check in process was seamless. They took care of me while my car was being repaired. The rental was amazing, I gave it back the same way it was presented to me except I filled the tank. Still being able to get around after my accident made everything less stressful! I would definitely choose them again in the future.

Taylor was a great help. We had some difficulties in the morning trying to get our insurance reservation go through but she was able to fix it before they closed for the day. Very helpful and courageous. She saved our day.

A sales rep by the name of " Taylor" was very rude and unprofessional. Will be reporting her to Enterprise. Taylor hung up on me 3 times when trying to schedule a rental for that same day. 1st call she hung up on me after I asked for rates for the day and she was too lazy to look it up for me. She told me she has no access to it which is a lie because any other branch was able to tell me the rate. On the 2nd initial call she told us she had availability for that day at 3:30pm and tomorrow as well. When we asked if we arrived a couple mins after that would it be okay she said "let me ask my manager" then proceeded to hang up right after that. When I called back I asked to speak to manager and she said sure then hung up again. We called repeatedly in attempts to get our rental today but she did not answer the phone until the manager left for the shift that day. Following that call we called again to try to get the answer for 3:30 reservation again. But once again, she then decided not to answer the phone till 3:52pm and state that she has no more rentals until Friday. Taylor is disrespectful employee and should not be allowed to work with enterprise.

Worst company ever. I accepted a car with both scratched and hail damage. The sales guy and I took photos. Now they are trying to make me pay for the damage that was already there citing new damage. They sent me photos of the "new damage" and I sent them the photos I have to them citing its old here is proof. They insist that is incorrect. They are billing me over 1600.00 for this damage. DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE or Enterprise in general. Terrible service, and will con you into paying for damage already present upon pick up.

During the age of customer service, which many believe to have taken a back seat to profits. It is refreshing to see firsthand, that some still want to do what is right for their customers.We had a few hiccups with our recent rental, and Tracy was fantastic about listening and addressing those issues. What I have seen from others across many industries, is to react and take it personally. Not just from the customers side, but from the business itself. When a business reacts negatively to the customer’s concerns, they will lose business. By word of mouth and reputation alone.I made the mistake of preparing myself for a heated debate and having to justify my claims, like a terrible lawyer in a show. Instead, I was greeted with openness and willingness to listen. Tracy handled the situation respectfully and we both agreed how it was to be handled. She even went above and beyond to apologize for any inconvenience. Which in this day and age is rare.As long winded as I am, this was teachable moment not only for myself, but for my son as well. Treating everyone with respect and dignity, but also giving grace to all of those who do make mistakes.We appreciate how Tracy handled the situation and represented the company, and we are happy to recommend her location to anyone willing to read a short story.
