I called this location to help me with an issue that was unresolved for several months from another location. The manager was very friendly and very helpful and was able to resolve my issue in a 5 min phone call! If I lived closer, I would switch to this location!!!

I recently had a massage from Brandon. He made me feel comfortable and by the time my massage was over I felt like a new woman. I have been seeing different therapists for many years. This was by far the best and most professional massage I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Brandon! Can't wait to see you in the future

My experience has been excellent. Jamie is an excellent massage therapist and I enjoy working with her and I need the massages. I was so impressed that I bought my wife a package of massages as a Christmas present.

Really upset about my massage experience here. As a massage therapist myself I am really surprised at the level of unprofessionalism and how the lead therapist did not acknowledge or care about the work I needed for my body. Done with all elements locations from now on.

The is the worst place to ever try to have a membership. They have cancelled 4 out of my last 6 massages. Todays was cancelled 2 hours before the time! Highly recommend somewhere else!!

The ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and Peter is amazing! He is a great listener and does a wonderful job communicating so that I have the best experience every time.

The therapist was good and did a decent massage .. the front desk is horrible! I was a first time customer so they offered the introductory price of $79. Upon payment they asked if I would like to tip and I said 10%.. they already had my card details and there was no payment receipt generated at that time. Upon reaching home I realized they charged me $97! When I called in , they said that it was 10% of the original price of $119 .. lol. That doesn’t make sense and does not total to $97. Then they said they charged 18% gratuity, which again is nonsense and I said I asked for 10% and not 18%.After fumbling a bit they said that the charge would be corrected and I was charged $87 ($79 + 10% of 79).3 stars only for the therapist who was good..

Upon starting a membership I was told I could use the credits nationally, as well as gift massages to family members. Not only have I had numerous issues trying to use credits elsewhere, my brother was unable to use my gift of a massage because he was "in a different state". My last straw is that "an email was sent" stating they were changing their fees. You cannot legally amend a binding contract via "an email was sent". When I complained, she said this change was issued via corporate and did not require signatures to existing contacts. No refunds will be issued and if I cancel my membership, I will lose all credits. This place is shady and breaks the law, changing fees without proper communication or your permission. I do not recommend Elements Massage.

The therapists are great but the operations and front desk staff are horrible. They can't seem to schedule anything correctly. When you are able schedule with your preferred therapist, half the time they call or text to try and reschedule. Simply not worth the money for the scheduling hassles. Updated after the owner's response: The suggestion made by the owner is what we already do. These appointments were scheduled 3 sessions in advance, with my preferred therapist, over a 4-8 week period. The front desk staff asked to modify the first appointment and seemed to know nothing about the third session when I tried to confirm after completing the second session. I'm not sure if it's a system issue or a staff training issue but it is a regular frustration which caused us to finally request to cancel our account.

The environment was clean, fresh and relaxing. Great staff that was communicative and friendly. My therapist Rod was very knowledgeable and conscious of consent, pressure, and communication. Definitely check this place out!
