I have never been a fan of working out and usually look for any excuse not to. I joined about 2.5 months ago and actually enjoy the classes. With kids and a full time job its tough to find a studio that works around my schedule but between the coached and virtual sessions I really can’t find an excuse not to go. It’s also great that they have partnerships with local businesses where you can use the points you earn in classes. I would definitely recommend eat the frog!

I began working out here in September and have enjoyed it so much ever since then. I even decided to join the team and began working at the front desk. The members are supportive and welcoming, the equipment is top of the line and always clean, and the workout regimen has helped me get strong enough to go skiing and running without knee pain! It is well worth it to invest in your health and this makes it fun too!

If you are in the Highlands Ranch area you have to check out Eat The Frog. The members are awesome and very supportive. The coaches are there to help and super motivating. If the time doesn't work you can always, and I mean always, do a virtual workout. You want a tough workout you got it. You want to just burn a few calories you got it. No excuses - just results.

I went to the free Fit Camp at Prost Brewing company and was offered a free trial class at the Highland’s Ranch location. I can not reccomend them enough, from there coaches/staff to the cardio class itself, Eat the Frog is a great way to step into a healthier version of yourself while making friends along the way! Make sure you check them out!

After trying other gyms I found the one. Eat The Frog has exactly what I needed not just to loose weight but to get strong physically and emotionally. Everyone there has such a positive attitude they always welcome you with a smile.

The best fitness studio around! Prefer Eat the Frog to Orange Theory. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to individual needs. Great clientele too - always positive energy.

I love working out here! I've been at Eat the Frog for several months now. The staff is so great and welcoming. The members are super friendly and supportive. It feels like there is something for everyone here. I had back surgery in the past and the low impact, high intensity workouts and options from coaches keep me active and safe. No matter where you are in your fitness they have a great option for you. Always fun and challenging!

Eat The Frog Fitness in Highlands Ranch gladly welcomes all ability levels, they have proven that fitness and a healthier life can be achieved no matter someone’s limitations. They practice their compassion for inclusive fitness by incorporating modified movements, nutritional advice and counseling, stretching workshops, and have even held a workshop on promoting mental health through exercise. Their members and coaches come from all backgrounds, and have created a sense of belonging that continues to evolve and grow through acceptance.For anyone who is curious, or unsure about stepping into a fitness studio, I highly suggest visiting Eat The Frog Fitness in Highlands Ranch. As their coaches say, “the hardest part of a workout is stepping through the doorway.”

I have been with Eat The Frog Fitness from the day it opened. The entire community & team at this studio are by far the friendliest people I have experienced at any boutique fitness studio. It does not matter your age or fitness level, everyone belongs. The session design delivers amazing results and they are tracked from day 1. They believe in helping all of their members set realistic goals and with the program design and support of their team, these goals can be achieved. This studio has been a game changer for the Highlands Ranch area.

TL;DR: Best boutique gym in Highlands Ranch for value, equipment, pricing and convenience - and I've tried eight of them.Key benefits of the Frog:- PRICING. Frog charges one flat rate and it's way on the bottom end of pricing for gyms in the area. (Not going to say how much, because I'm sure it will change.) The price includes small group training, and unlimited 24/7 classes either with coaches or virtually. You get a key fob and can go at 2am, if that's your thing.- COACHING. Denise, the head trainer, is freaking fantastic. I was a trainer (CSCS) years ago, so I feel like my opinion here carries weight. The attention to good form and safety is really important to me as I get older, and the modifications to exercises to accommodate different fitness levels is well above par. The expertise of Denise and her staff is evident in every class and every instructor is fun and motivating.- CONVENIENCE: Scheduling is easy on the app, there's always a class available and I can do them whenever I want.- VIBE. One of the things that stands out about the Frog are the members. Friendly coaches beget friendly participants, and everyone at the Frog is supportive and fun.- PROGRAMMING. Classes are always changing so it stays exciting, but what I think matters more is that sessions follow an overall structure. The workout progression allows your body to peak and recove,r so you get maximum results. You can also attend certain kinds of classes to tailor your experience to your personal fitness goals whether they be weight loss, conditioning, agility or whatever.- EXTRAS. A few little things that make a big difference: super clean, good system for monitoring heart rate, high-end equipment, they do in-body assessments at no additional charge and their app monitors measures and shows your progress as you get more fit.Bottom line? Try it out. Everyone I have referred to the Frog absolutely -loves- it.

I’ve been in a lot of different gyms over the years; 24hr, CrossFit gyms, orange theory and personal trainers. Eat the frog has a great concept and a functional workout that works for you. You don’t feel left out, behind or trying to play catch up. You workout for you at your pace within their program. I have been going for the last three weeks and have not been bored or not challenged. They do a great job of inclusion and coaching even if you’re a beginner or expert. They also have fitness assessments, body composition machine and meal planning advice to cater to your success. Clean and fun place to workout.

Eat the Frog has really shown me a love for fitness. After hearing about ETF from my work, I decided to give it a try not knowing what I was getting into. The studio is very clean and has a welcoming environment. It is a fun environment with amazing people who support each other. I am so grateful to the coaches at ETF who inspire me everyday to push myself and become the best version of myself possible! I am currently doing the 8 week weight loss challenge and I’ve got nothing but amazing support. I’ve felt extremely motivated and after 4 weeks I’m already down 10lbs. I have made working out a priority and part of my daily routine aside from rest days. I love my frog fam and I can’t wait to see this company grow! ❤️?
