The team at this location works hard. Anytime I have ever had an issue it has been addressed with urgency. This location also proactively looks for rebates and discounts to help out when buying new tires. It seems they go above and beyond as a part of their normal operations.

Manager Kevin and employee Devon are both top notch professionals. There was an unexpected issue with sensors with my 2025 Mercedes and Kevin and I worked together to get it resolved. I bought a second set of snow tires and wheels on a 2025 Honda CRV and Devon was outstanding to work with. Held the wheels and tires for a month while my Honda was being delivered. I am a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend doing business with them.

Advise that you schedule an appointment for your new tires to be installed. It only took 45 minutes for my tires to be installed. Very efficient service

Kevin the manager went out of his way to locate and order a unique wheel size for me from California and was exceptional at his job. He is a solid guy and the shop has always treated me right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this highlands ranch location to anyone.

Sat at air check for almost 15 minutes while techs were just staring at me doing nothing, one was putting tires in inventory. Poorly mismanaged operation. They do not make the customer the priority

Had low tire pressure on my back right tire. They fixed the issue and rotated my tires for free! They also got it done very quickly and had very friendly service. Will visit them in the future when it’s time for new tires!

These guys are great. I’ve been to 6 different Discount Tire shops in the area and these guys by far are the best. Just the other day I made an appointment online, the next morning was my appointment and I showed up a few minutes early and I got 4 new tires and wipe blades in under an hour. Right before Labor Day weekend. Now I feel safe driving in the mountains thanks to Kevin and the hard working guys at Discount Tire.

Try to get a new tire here, but the guy at the counter was too busy talking on the phone to acknowledge his two customers waiting in the store forever 10 minutes
