“When reading these reviews you have to consider that most of these people that are complaining are: entitled, cannot follow basic instructions, and probably were rude. I’d argue some are lying to be dramatic.
With that being said, the staff are extremely competent and patient. This place is 80% consistent and when they’re not, it is usually my fault. This is a great pharmacy in the Littleton and Highlands Ranch area. I work at a different pharmacy and this place is loads better. It is upsetting CVS is likely being greedy with their hours, often leaving the place understaffed at times. The lead pharmacist with glasses is very sweet, and she is a hard worker!”

“This 7-11 is in a convenient location and is usually well stocked. The only bummer that I have had here has been on 2 different occasions I came to get nachos and the nacho cheese dispenser was out of cheese. They should check that more.”

“Not a lot of pizazz to be sought in the age of the self pump station. However Richard is worth the extra 2 miles I drive to fill up here. Incredibly well put together store.”
“While I cannot recall the pharmacist's name, I can recall multiple pleasant interactions with both him and his staff. Younger, handsome guy but I digress. They deal with so much volume and I've had a couple urgent Rx issues which multiple staff members went above and beyond to rectify. They truly care about people and deserve much better than the current 2-3 stars they have. Everyone take some deep cleansing breaths and remember to be kind. They're doing their best and their best is better than a lot of pharmacies and health care related businesses I've ever dealt with in multiple states and situations. Thank you CVS Highlands Ranch!”
“Now this is how a pharmacy should work! I got a prescription from my eye doctor and he gave me a coupon and said the medication is crazy expensive without it. I scanned the qr code, filled out all the info and got a thank you screen saying the coupon can now be used. I went to Walgreens for pick up. When I got there the pharmacist, Athena, said the coupon didn't work on her side and the cost would be $300 without it. I showed her my phone and online confirmation. She was patient and kind and tried to find a way to figure out what was going on with the coupon on her side. She went so far as to take out her own cell phone and activate the qr code again using her phone. It worked! She could finally see it in her system. I am so grateful to Athena! With the coupon it was only $48. Thank you, Athena and thank you Walgreens for employing folks like her!”

“Really like the people who work here. Ethan is freaking awesome. Super nice guy who makes it a point to know his customers. He doesn't know me by name, but immediately recognizes me and remembers previous conversations we have had. The older lady who closes, who I believe is in her 60s-70s, I believe her name is Sandy. is an absolute sweetheart.”
“Same people have worked here for years through Covid and employee shortages. They have had to cut their open hours here and there, but they are struggling to get anyone new to work here. With that in mind, they're still keeping this local gas station going for those us of who live here and need it.”
“The staff here handles themselves remarkably under pressure. I was in line to pick up a batch of pictures and the lady in front of me was having a tantrum about a refund for some photos she had gotten reprinted. Apparently she didnt have a reciept and the employee at the counter was trying to figure out the price of the order. Good on Danielle for keeping her cool because the lady absolutely would not! I will be coming back to this location when I want to deal with professionals”

It seems like their reviews haven't been the best lately. However, our kids doctor is right next door to Walgreens and so for the past 7 years, Ryan (pharmacist) has always treated us with the utmost respect, kindness and consideration!

“By far the best Walgreens around. They are super busy (as they all are) but they take the time to answer the phone and make the best of the situation. They are always kind, courteous, and try to make the best of hard situations. They are by no means perfect but they do strive to do the right thing.”

“We had to go to this pharmacy pretty late and there was only one person working the pharmacy, her name was Mai I think is the spelling, you could tell she had so much going on being the only one there and she helped us so much, it was a bit of a wait but that’s understandable she walked us through everything and proceeded to be very apologetic about making us wait and others wait. Overall an incredible experience and I really hope she stays there, very valuable employee”
