Sought help with severe ear pain. Efficient website and check in. I was seen promptly( 10 minutes). Nurse and Doctor were very personable and caring. Check out was easy. The whole visit was quick, and I received the assistance I needed. Thank you.

I would not go here this place is horrible. Especially Dr. Robinson. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was there with a friend for a visit and could hear her speaking to other patients and she was so rude and demeaning. She was the most condescending person I have ever come across. I took my friend and told her we need to go somewhere else immediately. I just got the worst feeling from hearing her interact with other people and did not want someone like that treating anyone I care about she was the rudest Dr I have ever come across.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Went in for my DOT renewal physical and Dr.Robinson was super rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t pass me on my physical even though the medication I take is not on the list of disqualifying medications and I even had a note from my prescribing Doctor which she said it doesn’t matter and means nothing. Pretty much assumed I was a drug addict and that I was doing heroin before when I’ve never touched a drug like that in my entire life. When I tried to show her the medication I take wasn’t on the list for DOT she smacked her lips and tells the receptionist “Oh now he wants to bring up stuff that’s on Google” told me she was stepping out of the room and said she would no longer speak to me. I received my DOT and had a PA from the exact same office last year that signed off on it and was fine with it but she did not want to listen or hear anything and pretty much cost me my job that I had been at for a year already which she said shouldn’t have happened and I responded with well then I worked a whole year illegally then is that what you’re saying to which she heard illegally and she ended all communication with me because “I was throwing out certain words”. Save yourself the problems and the time and go anywhere else but here to see this lady, definitely shouldn’t be a doctor with the way she talks and treats people.

I needed to complete a drug screening for a new position and had my appointment scheduled at this location. The staff here were very friendly and polite, and my appointment was quick.

Everyone was friendly and polite. Although the person who took my urine sample had not seen the movie Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. This isn’t a complaint. I only recommend that movie because it’s pretty awesome. Take care everyone!

I was recently bit by a dog and came here for treatment. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and kindness in my care. I wish I could make this clinic my primary care location. Everyone from the medical assistants and office staff to the doctor was the best medical staff I have had taking care of me. I had top notch care. It means the world to me to be taken care of when I am hurt the way this clinic took care of me. If I could leave ten stars I would.

Super nice people. Doctors were concerned and knowledgeable. Physical therapy was next door. They sent me videos of exercises. All was helpful.

Wow amazing professionalism and customer service. My daughter was sedated upstairs and the lab that was suppose to come get her blood draw during her sedation did not come through. We only do this once a year, coordinated with multiple doctors. I walked down stairs explained what happen the MA with out a beat took amazing care and got the job done. Highly recommend this office and their understanding with special needs. Compassionate healthcare providers can indeed make a significant difference and make life a little less stressful.Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I have went to several Concentras over the past 17 years in Denver and Colorado Springs . I went in today for a TB test, flu shot and DOT physical. I have to say that it was the most stress free experience that I have ever had at a Concentra. The staff was so friendly and relaxed; the physician very easy to deal with. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so surprised at how smoothly everything was done that I felt I had to leave a review.
