Non functional - currently waiting for an associate - 10 minutes and counting - this was after putting coins in. Not great.

Understocked on basic items , the clientele are sketchy especially at night. The workers are very rude and get annoyed if you ask them where an item is. Even tho this store is the closest to my house, I prefer Safeway .

I have shopped here since they were cub foods, but I think I may be done. On my last several visits whether weekends, weekdays or whenever I've had checkers stand and fold their arms and watch me bag my groceries without even offering to assist. On my last visit I asked whether she could assist and the response was "nobody wants to work including me." Bear in mind I am an older woman. I find this to be rude and disrespectful. Will go elsewhere.

I moved into the area & this is the neighborhood King Soopers(S Quebec St in Highlands Ranch). I'm super disappointed in their produce, especially the vegetables section - they're always out of fresh veggies! Get bigger bins, order more, please do something!

Are you even kidding me with how cold it is in there!! Even the people working there had coats and scarves on. Decent produce, and generally easy to navigate. Did not feel like the service was overly kind and genuine. I will never go back! Turn up the heat! My children were even completing. It was terrible.

This place is absolutely awful the King Soopers on Quebec in Highlands Ranch. If you have a small basket of things they never have their two self-serve sections opened they have everything lit up but you can't use six of their cash/checkout machines. It is unacceptable and I have to believe that there's other King supers that deliver a higher level of service and this is freaking pathetic. Management should be ashamed of themselves

Fast, friendly service is what I received at this location. I came in only for one thing. The new Pepsi Nitro, which has a smooth creamy taste, almost like a ice cream float in a can, but I did go to the hot foods section to get a quick and convenient lunch. Everything from the deli counter to checkout was a breeze. Good experience all around.

Meat simply is nasty. The shelf life is so short. More and more the meat is shipped in already cut. So expensive and just not good. So I'm out.

Been an excellent location for many years. Just wish they would stop reorganizing everything

This is my neighborhood KS, so I've been shopping here for almost 20 years. This isn't one of the giant stores. There's no liquor department or DMV kiosks. And some of my favorite cashiers are long gone :( The cheese shop lady is great, and so are the butchers. They'll give advice, share recipes, and occasionally special-order things. The deli people are a little less friendly. We came here in the evening this time, so I didn't see the vitamin lady. I hope that she's still there. The pharmacist, Victoria, and the techs are awesome. Genuinely helpful and very knowledgeable. I've had to call and ask questions like, "Can I take Sudafed before I go to happy hour?" Or, "Will Benadryl make my kid sleep on the plane?" (No. She got wired. Pediatrician laughed. Ha, ha. It affects kids differently.) I like how they're expanding their selection of gluten-free items, and was thrilled to find hibiscus ginger beer! It's really good. I don't normally drink soda, ever, but I make an exception for ginger beer. It's too good :)

This is probably the most unprofessional location we have shopped at. My wife does weekly Monday orders and every Monday they are late, missing items, tell us to come back the day after for pick up, excuses. Finally we asked for a discount due to the amount of times our groceries werent ready for us, and they told us "no, we don't do that". I guess they don't want to make their customers feel appreciated and they don't care about the poor service they are providing. Finally we switched and our groceries were ready for us and in fact they were ready early, imagine that! If you want great customer service, don't go here. Stay far away. In fact I would suggest their competition, they are friendly and they understand that we are on timelines.

As a long time and regular King Soopers shopper, I have become so disappointed in this brand that I am going to be shopping at the nearby Walmart. Today was the icing. My Highlands Ranch store is full of employees who clearly do not care about service or at least they didn't again tonight. I regularly order my groceries for pick up and today was the last straw for me. The order was placed for pick up between 5 and 6 and this week there was no call or text to tell us they couldn't do it so I showed u at 5:50 just to have Brandon come out and tell me that the order was not ready and wouldn't be ready for at least 45 minutes. he had an attitude as if it were my fault and I told him that it was unacceptable to at lease not receive a phone call to save me the wasted trip. He became very defensive, raised his voice and said that three employees quit and there are only two employees filling orders and that they didn't have time for phone calls. I advised him I would be contacting the store manager. I went home and called the store and requested to speak with a manager, I spoke briefly with Juanita who advised she was just the front end manager and that she would transfer me to Jo Jo the Assistant Store Manager. I spoke to Jo Jo who advised she was the assistant Manager and that the Manager was out of town. I explained what had happened and she again advised they were short staffed. I understand short staffing, and asked her why they continue to allow appointments to be booked when they know they can't fulfill them? Jo Jo advised that it was the system and the system wouldn't allow for any considerations. I asked for a number to reach the District Manager and was told that she didn't have a number and that I would have to call the main number for King Soopers and go through them to reach him. She did tell me his name was Sean Cornelius.I hate posting in this fashion but absent some means to contact a live person who is capable of helping, this was my last resort. Final thought, when we did receive a call an hour after pick up time, we immediately went and picked up and upon unpacking found our produce broken in half (cucumber) and what was obviously the worst onion that could have been found with obvious browning and multiple soft spots. Very sad King Soopers and Kroger!

While I've been opting for a lot of grocery delivery during the pandemic, I have also found myself needing to run to the store a few times. In these instances, this King Soopers is the closest to me and overall, I've had good experiences! I will say everything about it just feels big. The aisles, the number of shelves, the way the dairy section twists and turns. It's just a lot. That being said, this means that they most likely have what you're looking for as long as you can find (and reach!) it. Of special note is the cheese section which I think is solid for a grocery store, the baked goods, and beer. I also like how they have a lot of locally made products featured throughout. King Soopers offers curbside pickup which I did once and found convenient. I placed the order online and when I arrived, they were super quick to bring it out. I'd definitely go this route again when it made sense.

I went today, picked up prescriptions and did some shopping. During a global pandemic I witnessed customers with rude and boorish behavior, and not wearing masks. No matter your PERSONAL beliefs , it is a requirement. You got an issue, take it up with our government, not a clerk! That being said, I witnessed patience and empathy to mitigate petty issues with rude customers. I have been going to this store for over 7 years. I consider their staff as family. Not only do I know their names, they know mine. Until life becomes "normal" I give them 10 stars out of 5 !

Complete waste of time. Had 45 min to get to the store this morning. Went, filled my cart and added the digital coupons to my king Soopers as I put the items in my cart. Clipped the coupons on my list in the app. Got to checkout and no humans were checking anyone out so it looks like I was going to self checkout. As I checked out I noticed the coupons were not registering. I asked the only human available about the coupons a and she said they would be added at the end. I finished and hit pay and still no coupons. I hit Add coupons and the system told me help was on the way. Repeatedly it said this as that same woman fiddled with cans on a cart. I was staring straight at her as the machine continued to loudly say that help was on the way. Then the woman got on the phone. A waited several minutes until someone else passed by so I asked them for help. They told me that the woman on the phone would have to help me. Again I waited. Finally she got off the phone and came over. She told me I needed to add the coupons to the app. I showed her the app with my shopping list that had under each item confirmation that the coupon had been clipped. She said no, you need to have it in the coupons. I pointed to what it said. She said no that's the shipping list. I went to coupons where is showed the coupons clipped for those items. She said oh, well you need to buy the items that matched the description. I said yes, I did that. She asked which ones? I said all of these, items here in my coupon list. These are the items. She said I needed to buy those. I said yes, I have they are already scanned. Well the phone number you entered needs to match. I said yes, it does. She said, well it usually shows up at the end. Yes, I gathered that already. She said well we'll need to go through your bags and pull the items. I said no, I'm leaving. I've been checking out for over 10 minutes and you have been the opposite of helpful. Waste of time. Go somewhere with competent people. Do not go to this location.
