Dr. Shaffer took excellent care of my French Bulldog, Max. She was very caring & spent time with us to make sure all questions were answered. The front desk was inviting & efficient when checking in & out. Highly recommend.

These Docs and Techs care about your furry children AND You. They are also extremely reasonably priced. I have an older Dog who needs some more expensive procedures and they were understanding and accomodating. Was one of those days where you just need a kind human and I found it here.

I had to put my senior cat down today. It was an extremely sad time for my fiancé and I. The staff treated us with such kindness and compassion. The best experience I could’ve had for putting an animal down for the first time. The doctor explained the process and let us be out little guy for as long as we’d like to. They were so gentle and kind to my sweet boy. The absolute sweetest staff ever. I truly appreciate you guys so much! They made it was easier than I was anticipating. You guys are the best!

I am extremely disappointed in the care my kitty has consistently received here. 2 years ago I brought her in for lab work and they mixed my chart up with another client's chart and called to tell me my cat had kidney failure. They called back 5 minutes later to correct their mistake, and that should have been the moment I terminated services with them, but I understand that people make mistakes.Fast forward to last weekend. I brought her in for her annual physical and had some concerns about snoring and wheezing. They examined her and immediately jumped to cancer, which seemed drastic but I chalked it up to trying to be extra cautious. They ordered radiographs which came back cancer free, but they had other concerns so they sent the radiographs out for consultation. I was supposed to hear back within 3 days but nobody contacted me. It's been 5 days now, and I tried repeatedly to call over the course of yesterday and today, but their phones were disconnected. When I finally got through to Dr. Shepler, she said I "fell off her radar" and that she would try to get in touch with the folks doing the consultation and get back to me in a couple days. The exams and radiographs have cost me close to $1,000 and the process has been EXTREMELY distressing for the both of us, so to hear that I "fell off their radar" doesn't leave me feeling very confident in any further care we might receive.I've since spoken to other vets about my experience and they were concerned about jumping straight to cancer when it could be a variety of other diagnoses. As it stands, I don't have any answers because the staff at Cityvet forgot about us. It feels very shady to be throwing serious diagnoses like this around, especially when I'm shelling out this much money and receiving NO answers in return.

Not a trustful place! I took my cat 2 weeks ago because he had his gum red and his tongue out. One of the vets did a full examination on him and said that he was ok, he had a little bit of tartar, but nothing that I should be worried about. 2 weeks later we saw that he lost his tooth. When I call them, they didn't even want to say that existe the possibility of the vet did a wrong diagnose and they want me to pay again for a new consultation. I don't thrust them anymore!

I took our dog in for an eye infection, everyone was very friendly and helpful with our dog. The vet was very knowledgeable and also helped us with some other medications our dog was on from another vet. We will definitely continue to use CityVet.
