I am a Chase customer since 2008. This branch is not the one I visited regularly. I came in to withdraw $5000 cash. Teller asked me why did I want to withdraw this much. I declined to answer because it’s not their business to know and provided them my ID to verify my identity plus inserted my debit card and PIN. They pressed on me to answer why did I want $5000 cash. I mentioned “downpayment” and declined to elaborate further more. Teller then went to get a manager involved with me. Really?!?! I am longtime Chase customer and I don’t have any high risk or any types of reputations on my account. I chose to not elaborate what I am going to do with my own money. They then refused to service me because I don’t give them a full reason. This kind of practice needs to stop now. I asked for my money, I provided ID for them to verify me, no questions needed to ask as long as I have sufficient fund in my account. I get it they can ask me questions if I am asking for loans or anything to borrow money but this isn’t the case here.

The disconnect between the branch and corporate is shocking. The branch personnel mean well and are very courteous but repeated visits to the branch to provide docs requested from corporate compliance (via email) was ineffective. This led to my business account being closed. The two stars are for the people at this branch....and the three empty stars are for the dumpster fire that is JP Morgan Chase Bank. Avoid at all costs and find a different major bank to get screwed by.

bad customer service ever , I asked to closed my CD last week but after that they called me to come again because their false , and they treated me so rude , even I already spend my time for their mistake !!

Very rude stuff. I am a private client but they made me feel like I want to close all of my accounts just because of the stuff that works there.

I would give them a zero if I could. You know, the same message can be delivered differently. It’s my second visit to this bank ( my husband asked me to help him, because he is at work during bank hours) Both times employees were rude and short. They talked to me like it’s below them to waste their precious time on me to say “ I apologize, but due to the bank policy…. Blah blah blah….” I was told “ Can’t do it. Come back with check” . And that’s it ..My “ crime “ was that I was going to deposit my husbands cash into his own account…“ My apologies , please and thank you “ are not in the vocabulary of the employee, who seemed to be a manager!!!Told my husband. He is closing his account this bank , because it’s not a firs time we’ve been treated like second class people.

Great experience here. I was greeted immediately by Jessica - who listened to my convoluted needs. She said she would need to connect me with someone else. She looped in Scott who introduced himself, escorted me to his office and told me his understanding of what I needed to ensure he had everything correct. He then told me what the process was going to be, and he looped in Chris for part of the process (again, my need was a bit complex). Chris came in and went over what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions and then he took my papers and did what was was needed and came back and confirmed. And again, asked if I had any questions. Then Scott finished out by telling me the next steps he was going to take and asked me if I had any questions. Great experience all the way around. The manager, Evan, has definitively instilled a great culture at this branch.

Absolutely awful company. They do their customers dirty - find a different bank.Too many hidden fees and charges.Unfair grounds for credit reduction.

I was helping to open checking account for my mother and father in law. We spent more than 2 hours opening 1 checking account. I had to spend even more time bringing documents to make copies again. Around 2 weeks after this we've got 2 letters in our mailbox. I was thinking that this is debit cards, but it wasn't. Content for each letter is 21 page each. We have to fill additional applications.Now we've got a bunch of applications and papers to fill out, and I remember that we already did it in your branch.And we are still unable to use our bank account as my parents in law didn't get their card.Feedback:For now, working with Chase is so time consuming.

READ THIS!! I don’t know what all these bad reviews are complaining about. Evan is flat out the best branch manger I’ve dealt with in decades. All of my personal & business accounts are held at his branch and you flat out couldn’t pay me to move banks. If you want the best in town, go to this branch, Evan and his team will take great care of you!
