“Andrew Coles, our salesman was excellent! Just the right amount of encouragement, but we never felt pressured. He also understood that our “match” was tricky and helped us toward some colors, etc., that helped. He even brought samples by our house-TWICE!!!
After we ordered the carpet it came within the expected time frame. The installers weren’t quite as professional, however, but the end result was excellent. We live our carpet and our “new” room!”
