Had a peculiar experience where the people using the vacuume prior to me detached the filter nozzle. Naturally I proceeded to suck up my keys (100% my fault). Maybe a little more attention to detail by the staff could have prevented this, but honestly I can take responsibility for my part in the mishap. What was weird was the lack of urgency after that point. The attendant checked the deposit next to the car and when we realized the keys had made their way down the entire hose I was told it was basically a lost cause. I was fed the "we'll talk to the owners and see if there's anything that can be done" line, and I never heard a peep from anybody. I guess I was surprised there aren't protocols for that type of thing....Anyway, was in today and taking away the mat cleaners was the last straw, it totally defeats the point of having a membership because those are the unique types of amenities I can't simply do at home for $1.25 in soap costs. Will be canceling and looking elsewhere.

Visited after taking some particularly muddy mountain roads. Service was super friendly and professional, and the crew went the extra mile to clean our off-road look in time for a nice evening in town.

Best car wash in highlands ranch !! Their Manager is the sweetest always has a smile on his face and so helpful! The only complaint I have are the vacuums sometimes aren’t working and the trash gets out of control. Over all great car wash!! Wanted to know who is in charge of the corner landscaping of your business? It looks awful dead trees and it’s a mess it’s also obstructing your view when you turn that corner can someone please clean it up ? Thank you ! ? ?❤️

Love this place. So close by. Does a nice job washing my car and pickup. My only constructive criticism is if they could do a little better upkeep on equipment. There always seems to be several hoses missing or broken. Not a big deal if they are not too busy, but it can back up the lot when everyone wants to wash there vehicles. I’m sure they are working on it.

Towels have a mildew smell to them and everything in the "detail center" feels watered down.

Great car wash! Very long line but worth the wait. Mucky was very helpful and a friendly face pulling onto the conveyor belt, and was very helpful showing me how to put my car into neutral.

This place has the friendliest and knowledgeable staff of any car wash I've been to. From the person who warmly greeted me when I arrived to the helpful gentleman who took care of my needs while detailing after the wash. I felt like family. Not only is the staff super friendly, my car always comes out clean and looking great. I've always been satisfied with the way my car looks after going through the tunnel. I will never take my car to another car wash. I highly recommend this place for all of your car cleaning needs.

Was over charged by $136.00 for a $16.00 car wash. Tried to contact left a message went by and left a message. No call back!!
Had to contest charge with the credit card company.

I recently experienced this car wash that truly exceeded expectations, earning a solid 10/10.
From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The pre-wash treatment effectively loosened dirt, and the automated system, featuring high-pressure jets and soft-touch brushes, left my car spotless. The drying ensured a streak-free finish. The staff's attention to detail and exceptional customer service were outstanding. the experience was top-notch from start to finish. This car wash truly set a new standard , and I highly recommend it.
