We have been with Bruce since moving to Colorado in 1990. Bruce has always helped us and answered any questions that we may have. His staff is excellent as well. They have handled our Fleet of cars insurance , home insurance, workman comp and business insurance. We have had auto loans through State Farm too!

Bruce Riley has been my insurance agent since 1990 when I moved from Vail to Littleton. At the time I kept my same Statefarm agent until I was notified by the company that I needed to select a different agent who was located closer to my new address. I don't remember how I chose Bruce Riley, but he has been my agent now for almost 30 years and, believe it or not, I have never met him or even stepped foot in his office. I started out with an auto policy, then added a home, and then several rentals. Over the years when I have had claims (hail damage) his office has guided me through the process and things have gone smoothly. I routinely call several times a year to ask questions about my coverage and I always end the call feeling like I have received competent guidance.

We have been with Bruce Riley for over five years, and they have been wonderful to work with. Their office staff is always kind, and they provide excellent customer service. We mostly work with Scott, and he's amazing.

I was a State Farm customer for 15 years and Bruce Riley's service was so poor, I transferred companies. I found him to be dismissive, abrupt to the point of rudeness (not efficiency), and unhelpful. There are plenty of other insurance agents-even State Farm options- don't waste your business with his office.

Our family has been with Bruce Riley (Kathy, Scott & Kristen) since 1999. We have multiple cars, life insurance etc. The service our family has received over the years has been amazing - they are professional, prompt, courteous and efficient. The two reviews that were negative most likely didn't pay their monthly bill, had multiple accidents, DUI's, something. Use this agent with confidence.
