Top notch outfit! They fixed a fuel leak that the previous shop didn’t find on two attempts! They inspected the truck for a trip I was taking and I had them do several other maintenance items on the truck. They were pleasant to deal with, had fair pricing. And all that equals a happy customer! Thanks!

After getting a quote for a turbo replacement at the Ram dealership, I approached Branch Automotive for a second opinion. Matt was straight up with me giving me estimates for the best and worst case scenario - the absolute worst case coming in $5k under what the dealership was wanting! Matt contacted me throughout the repairs to let me know what was going on, and explaining to me the reasoning behind each repair suggestion. I couldn't afford the entire service and they worked with me to repair what I could afford. The rest I'm able to do on my own. They also were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle which saved me hundreds of dollars over a rental.
While they weren't necessarily "cheap", I felt the work was done right, with OEM parts + a 2 year/24k mile warranty on the parts and labor. Also they were completed with the work in the same amount of time the dealer promised an estimate.

My 2013 GMC 2500 threw a code “Service Stabilitrack, Service Traction Control” called a close by diesel garage and they couldn’t see the truck, to even diagnose the issue, in over a week! I called Branch who I’ve been to before but was much further away from my location and BOY I’m glad I did! They told me to bring (more like limp) her in right away! They had my truck for only a few hours and came back with a complete work up! After agreeing to needed repairs Branch had my truck purring in just ONE day (totaling two days out of service). They were honest, respectful and most importantly polite! Branch auto will forever be my go to diesel shop!

Have had my dodge cummins in a few times for a variety of different issues, the last was a new exhaust manifold and turbo replacement. Very satisfied with fast turn around from drop off to return of my pickup.
Had a minor glitch (fluke deal) with the wastewater actuator about 1500 miles after replacement.
The staff was excellent about getting me in right away to diagnose and repair was completed in a very expedited manor.
Very satisfied with my experiences with branch automotive.
