Such great place! The staff is very kind, knowledgeable & the perfect place for my little Boston Terrier Viggo. You made us feel like family. Everyone at the office went above & beyond for us. Took time to make additional appointments before I left. Also made sure it fit my crazy work schedule to make things so easy. Thank you to Linda, Morgan & Mackenzie for being absolutely amazing!

We have been coming to this Banfield for 7 years, even before it was a Banfield. It used to be called Annie's Animal Clinic. We loved our vet and she seemed genuinely invested in our dogs. That all went out the window FAST when they joined up with Banfield. Our recent endeavors with the vets and practice was more than enough for us to say ENOUGH, WE ARE DONE! Dr. Abrams (who is not our regular vet) canceled our dog's scheduled dental cleaning twice because they have NO anesthesia techs. Red Flag! They have dwindling staff and a high turnover rate, Red Flag! We can NEVER get an appointment and are often referred to a vet ER. Red Flag! If we do finally get an appointment, it is NEVER with our regular vet and we have to drop our dog off, leaving them for hours, so that when the vets do get around to your dog, you are not there to talk directly to the vet, so they never have a good grasp on what the problem is. Red Flag! We have been ignored, turned away and forced to reschedule vet visits which result in missed vaccines. Then they tell us because we didn't come back in time, we have to start the vaccines all over again, at our expense! That is what buying into their $120 a month fee for an Optimum Wellness Plan has bought us. If I could give no stars, or negative stars, I would. We will continue to pay the $120 a month fee until our Optimum Wellness Plan is due for renewal in June, which we have absolutely no intention of renewing, but we are taking our dogs elsewhere and escaping Banfield. We will be forced pay for the Optimum Wellness Plan until it renews, but we will gladly pay for better care and better attention, somewhere else. Banfield Highlands Ranch, or Benfield somewhere else, it doesn't matter, they are all the same. Banfield is a DISASTER! Do not waste your time.

Best location I have been to by far. They make you feel like they truly care and are not just a business. One of my dogs passed recently and they were very kind and even sent me a sympathy card.

I've lived all over the country and this Banfield is by far the best one I've gone to. They care so much about my pet, and even me. Zero complaints, and amazing/loving staff.

My sister had to put her elderly cat to sleep. The folks at Banfield were amazing. Her cat was not a patient there but they got her in the same day. The office staff and the Doctor were so compassionate and caring, I can't say enough good things about our experience.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Absolutely toxic environment, horrible staff, reception and doctors alike. You can hear how the doctors communicate to the front staff and its deplorable. It definitely comes through when the front staff speaks to costumers. Nothing is properly relayed to pet parents and it is beyond stressful. I was told by a front staff member over the phone that the doctor had denied medical treatment for my animal after an Emergency Room visit. When I asked her "So my dog is just supposed to suffer?" Her reply was "I guess so. Im not a doctor." ... 3 minutes later I received a phone call saying the doctor had reviewed the blood work from the ER vist and I could pick up the medication. This is all after hours of back and forth between them and the ER who told me unless my animal was bleeding or stopped eating there was nothing they could do! Talk about a total melt down! I have been using this clinic for my animals since it was the orginal ANNIE'S and im saying no more! Today was the last straw. Not only did they fail to communicate the fact they needed to keep my incredibly high anxiety animal all day (they orginally told us we could pick him up between 10am and 12pm after a 9am drop off). The person that was doing ultrasound, the reason he was there in the first place, didn't even arrive until noon! And then hearing how the doctor talked to the receptionist in the back regarding the situation and how absolutely rude the receptionist was to my mother and I there is no reason to return. Absolutely unexceptabale. This is coming from someone who has worked in the veterinary field as front desk staff. I understand there are policies and procedures and things happen and its a hectic place. However, none of this was nessesary!

Horrible service. Unprofessional Front Desk is vague, rude, and very difficult to get ahold of. I've been going to this location for years but all the good doctors left. If I knew where Dr. Langford went I would follow her, the new staff is mediocre and don't care about the health of the animals. Last few appts have been horrible and I've been left in the dark about the status of my dog's health. They say they will call with test results and never do and its like pulling teeth to get ahold of them and get answers. My dog has NEVER been reactive but after the last few drop off appointments he is scared and FREAKS OUT in the back. With the previous doctors he wasnt like that. He got sick last year and we have had to come in monthly for tests and care and the care provided in mediocre. None of the staff seem to care. IF the front desk does answer the phone they sound so unthrilled to be speaking with you and provide no help or insight. I once dropped my dog off for a bloodwork appt which shouldve taken 30min. I went next door to Safeway and came back and asked about the status of my dog and they acted as if they had never heard of me or my dog even though I had just dropped him off 30min prior and have been going for years. We are moving locations. 0/10

I would leave a zero review if I could. Before I had Dr. Langford and she was wonderful. She would call me from her personal number to update me about my dog. When Dr. Cavasos took over everything went downhill. My dog is very sick and she wouldn't even give the courtesy to come out from the back to talk to me personally. She called to let me know that my dog looks great and I shouldn't be concerned. That didn't sit right with me. I went to a Veterinarian near my home who looked into his records and said she saw a lot of red flags with his health. Turns out he has a serious condition that should have been caught in the testing this doctor did. Luckily I had this gut feeling and got him checked. She is very cold and does not care about my feelings. This dog is everything to me. The front desk girl Chelsea is super unprofessional with no compassion. People should not be working at a vet clinic who are not compassionate. She hung up on me today because she said I was yelling. I hope you all have the capability to listen to a phone conversation. There was no yelling. I was wondering why I never get a phone call back when requesting. She wouldn't even face me when I came in today she rung up my purchase from the back room. You all need some nicer people to run the front desk. I will not be coming back ever.

Awful...do NOT take your fur babies here. They will make you drop off for appts. Very impersonal. Chelsea at the front desk is so awful. She treats her coworkers awful in front of customers, interjects herself into matters that don't concern her, & will do everything to speak over you. Also don't buy the wellness plan. They tell you things are all covered but end up finding things to charge you for anyways. This place should be shut down. It's a factory to get as many pets in, poke them with needles, charge them for things they don't need, and send them on their way. Vet turnover is high here too.

Please don’t take your pet here, they are irresponsable, unprofessional and I seriously think that the doctor that was checking my dog was under the influence or some kinda drug. Her scrubs were dirty like if she work there doing landscaping. Basically they gave us directions to treat cushing’s decease, but they mix everything, they didn’t have the prescriptions ready, etc, etc…. Now that we take our puppy to other place they checked the records and discovered more things that in this horrible place they don’t even notice.If you love your pet, this place is a no-no.I’m talking for all the people that I see in the front desk arguing each time I was there, additional to this is a new person each time we go! Like they don’t have any clue what they doing.

Service at this place is absolutely horrible. They called me on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for two days later. I confirmed the time with them and when I showed up they dropped my appointment for no reason. Only the second time I have tried to create an appointment with them and the last time it took me 2 months to get in. I pay for the wellness plan. They really only seem to care about getting money from you. I will be dropping Banfield. Looking at other locations near me none of them seem to have good reviews.

Be careful! If you subscribe, you can never cancel. Both their online and phone services put you in infinite loops never getting you to someone who can help you. Ever since Banfield took over Annies Animal clinic, it went straight down hill. You can never get an appointment when you really need one. You pay for services and they may or may not call you to schedule them. Stay away!!

I am on the phone trying to cancel my agreement. The wait time was originally estimated to be 41 minutes. Either they are terribly understaffed, or they will do anything to make it difficult to talk to a representative. They want your money and they will do whatever it takes to get it. I've been on hold for 26 minutes and just heard a message that it will be another 41 minutes.
