From the start, the team at Mile High where super professional, detailed and supportive of our home install project. Key members I worked with were Kyle, Chris and Matt. Absolutely fantastic team and they did such a professional job!! Amazing - highly recommend! Team also installed wifi throughout the house and Sonos speakers! Clean and professional.

Kyle came out today and hooked up our 5.1 surround sound system in our fun room. Very courteous and knowledgeable and even spent the time to show me what he had done and how to work the all-in-one remote. He did such a good job, I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a look at one other TV in the house that had a Sonos speaker issue. He gladly grabbed his tools and got to work. 5 minutes later it turns out it was a bad HDMI cable. Thanks for the great service Kyle!

I just moved into a new build and I worked with Steve (the owner) to pick out and have installed 12 in-wall/ceiling and outdoor speakers as well as having them set everything up with a new receiver they supplied. Steve was very helpful in selecting speakers for me after hearing what I was looking for and his installation team was very professional, courteous, and just seemed like nice guys all around. I could really tell that they valued my business and wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result. Would highly recommend!

Engaged Mile High Video (formerly TV Guyz) twice now. Once in 2017 and again In 2022. Always pleased with responsiveness, problem solving and quality products installation. Highly recommend. I have what I think is a complex home audio/video setup with numerous gadgets, devices, audio in multiple rooms and everything always seems to come together in grand fashion. The team takes time to educate me on how to use and patient in answering any questions I have. Tip top professionalism.

Called these guys up. A man by the name of Steve picked up. He's a character, down to earth. Funny and friendly. He got my appointment booked at the time I needed it. The technicians came out (chris r and Matt p) also down to earth. Knowledgeable, did a great job hooking up my tv and sound bar. Would definitely recommend this company.

I'm new to Denver and found this company via yelp and they were amazing! They arrived earlier than planned, they were so thorough about the installation and I even had some plugs for some LED lights that were already attached to the TVs in the plug box and they installed these as well. They were super nice professional and I just love the way everything turned out!

I'd rate Mile High Audio/Video zero stars if possible. If you have loads of money to burn, maybe they'll give you the time of day. For a residential customer like me--trying to upgrade my existing home theater setup--I was treated with contempt and utter insignificance. It started out with Mile High coming to my house for a consultation. The techs were really nice, but when they tested my equipment, they fried my mid-end AV receiver. Video gone. Was it an accident, negligence, just plain bad luck? I don't know, but it was nonetheless broken. The techs didn't actually complete the consultation, as they spent their time troubleshooting the receiver, to no avail. They said they'd waive the consultation fee and took the receiver with them back to the shop (accidentally dropping it on the floor on the way out too...). They gave me assurance that they'd credit me for it, and make me whole. I was sympathetic to the flustered techs but optimistic that Mile High would keep their word. Mile High did not keep their word! They instead completely ignored me. They didn't provide any estimates, didn't suggest projectors, didn't answer cabling related questions, and didn't provide follow-up or any competent customer service. I was a very excited customer but it was like speaking into a void. After about a month, I said I planned to take my business elsewhere. The General Manager contacted me, and to his credit was apologetic, and even thanked me for holding them accountable! Seemed like a breath of fresh air and I decided to give Mile High a second chance, really believing they'd make things right! I couldn't have been more naive and wrong!! I provided distance measurements, information on my preferred projector, my budget, and my needs and it was met with crickets. The minimal interaction I received from the General Manager was to try to upsell me to a different projector and an email with a link to a single projector. He provided no quotes, no comparisons, no suggested layouts or builds, no substantive assistance, nothing. They clearly didn't want me as a customer. But instead of just saying so, they strung me along and ignored me. I decided to go elsewhere and ended up having Best Buy/Geek Squad perform all the work. It wasn't a walk in the park either (they're basically a big box store after all) but at least they tried and got the job done. Which brought me back to Mile High Audio/Video. I wanted to be compensated for their breaking the receiver. And their staff indicated that they would, but failed. I called them multiple times over several months, attempting to get the equipment repaired, an equivalent AV receiver replacement, or the cash to purchase one. Only after months of me hounding them (several times having to leave messages with the promise of hearing back in a few days with no response), did their General Manager offered me an inferior receiver to what they broke, one with no 4k (the broken one had 4k video) and that is currently selling for $54 used on eBay. He noted that the suggested replacement has "a remote control, [but] not positive if it is exactly the right one." They snagged some scraps off the shelf and offered it as recompense. Unbelievable. And even more outrageously, asked I pay an outstanding invoice for the initial consultation (the one they never finished and had told me before they had waived!!) The General Manager told me I should be happy with even that mediocre receiver and that they owed me nothing more. He even baselessly alleged my receiver was broken from the start. I said no, I didn't want an inferior product when I was told they'd make me whole. I contacted the BBB. This is a company that has allegedly been in business for 30 years. Pretty hard to believe as I have NEVER had an experience like this! Buyer beware!! TL;DR: Mile High Audio Video broke my receiver during a home theater consultation and then proceeded to ignore me off for several months and not provide an equivalent replacement.

Mile High Audio Video did an excellent job mounting my TV and soundbar. I ended up having to purchase a new soundbar right before my installation appointment and they luckily had exactly the model I wanted in stock. The Sales department was very helpful and informative and made sure I understood everything that went into the process as well as the different options available to me. The installation technicians were quick and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough and I will definitely contact them in the future when I'm in need for AV services.

Review would be 3.5 stars if possible. I had Mile High AV come out and hang 3 TVs for me in my new home. I had the TVs and the mounts, although they did sell me an HDMI cable for $35. The good: The work was high quality, looks professional, and I'm confident the TVs will stay on the wall. Finished product looks great. They were able to get to my job quickly, which was important to me. The guys who did the work were great. The bad: I was quoted a price of $550 on the phone and in email. A little steep for mounting 3 TVs when I'm supplying the mounts, but they were available on short notice. The final charge was $750, which is very steep for mounting 3 TVs. Upcharged for strap toggles ($10 apiece for 8 strap toggles where a 10-pack costs $10), that's pretty aggressive. A follow-up email to the gentleman who quoted me asking about the discrepancy went unanswered. All in all, good work, but I would look for a more reasonably priced provider.

Top to bottom a great experience. Billy was super responsive, provided a competitive quote and stuck to it. I had my 65" TV mounted, electrical run behind the TV and wires hidden. Kyle and Daniel did a fantastic job. They were efficient, friendly and super professional. I would fully recommend them in a heartbeat.

The technicians were great, the two tvs they installed on wall are great. The installing price was very expensive. We had them install a tv for us 5 years ago and did twice as much work for alot less, we were a bit shocked at the the price.

Billy and his team provided truly exceptional customer service and worked with me through a few difficult scheduling conflicts as I tried to juggle a house move-in and painting all at the same time. His techs were able to install a complex entertainment system cabinet and create an aesthetically pleasing setup at a reasonable cost. Call these guys if you're looking for a quality install and the customer service you deserve with your A/V setup.
