Jeremiah was awesome at the kids birthday party I attended. He had the kids full attention the whole time. They played so many games and he was adding rules all the time which helped keep the games fresh and the kids engaged. Fun place. I am sure we will be back.

It's a smaller facility, my daughter did a mixed class with both younger and older kids definitely would recommend finding age appropriate class seems like it would have been more fun if not catering to multiple ages and skill levels all in one class

My son has extreme ADHD and we where looking for an energy release for our child weekly. The instructors there have been very patient and do their best to keep his attention and my son loves this place

My kids have been doing parkour here for over 5 years and love the place, even the adults can get in on the action here too! They enjoy learning all the new skills and have even joined the parkour team. All of the coaches have been awesome that they have had at the different levels, each one just really great with kids and and working with their abilities. Jason, Jeremiah, Eric, Will, Lorin plus some new additions to the group, can’t go wrong with any of them.

Worst run ninja event. Hours and hours late, and no organization. Drove from across the city and will never be back. Terrible.

After our previous Parkour gym closed down during COVID, my son and I decided to check these guys out. Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They do great work with the kids and my son is loving being back in a Parkour gym. They also offer training for Ninja warrior but we haven't done any of those classes so far. The only real challenge I've had is it is difficult to see the full weekly schedule on the website. They do provide paper copies at the gym though.

We have 5 boys, ages 5-11 and they love this place!!! We do the open gyms and have done their half-day camps too. The staff is great, friendly and helpful with the kids, and also good at making sure they stay safe. The kids are always so excited when they get to go to Flow Vault.

Super down to earth guys who are amazing to be arround. Amazing facility and community that they've grown. No matter what skill level you are they'll always find ways to challenge you. Keep up the good work guys!
