“I'm glad that we have a hardware store in our neighborhood. Today, I went there to get some keys copied. However, the cashier named Leslie wasn't very friendly. I greeted her with a "good morning" and told her what I needed, she didn't greet me back. Instead, her unwelcoming tone instructed me to go stand in the area where they make the keys. On the other hand, the older gentleman who made the copies of the keys was very helpful and friendly. I believe good customer service is crucial for any business, especially in the community.”

“We come here from Denver to dump our portable black tank and it's very easy to fit, water works, not crowded. We drive the extra because it's the best we've found for this. Can easily fit a large 5th wheel or coach and you can drive forward into it and forward back out”

“We recently needed several internal engine parts for a 2009 Ford F250 with the 6.4 diesel engine. I discovered EJC on Ebay, and ordered parts. They shipped out the very next day and I received them the following day.The parts were exactly as advertised and worked out well. They were internal engine parts that rarely wear out, and EJC send some in excellent condition.I also called EJC for some other parts and the representative was very knowledgably and friendly. Their prices are good too!I'll be checking with them in the future when we need used parts!”

“About 2 years ago, I had an idler roller bolt that got bent on an older truck I have. I went to 3 different dealerships and none would sell me the bolt because they won’t make any money off it, and they referred me to this place. They gave me the bolt for free and to this day that bolt is still in there, and have no problems since. I would highly recommend”

“I bought a high end BOSCH dishwasher at the Brighton, Colorado Lowes. The salesman gave me a brochure that said there was an up to $300 rebate on installation. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday but when I tried to apply for the rebate online, my sales information wasn't accepted. I spend hours calling Loews Customer Service and rebate, BOSCH Customer Service and rebate. Each said it was the other's problem. I turned out that that particular dish washer actually didn't qualify for the rebate that had been handed to me. I finally went to the Brighton Lowes where I bought the dishwasher and talked to the store manager, Allegra. She understood that I was sold the dishwasher with the understanding of the rebate and refunded me the amount of the installation on my credit card. It's not often that you find a store that does the right thing like this for a customer.”
“I have been very please with the service provided from American Lighting. I purchased lights over a year ago. A few months later, I experienced issues. They quickly replaced them. Recently, I started having the same issues with the replacements. I contacted them again. Within an hour, they replied to my message with an explanation of the issue and resolution.
Every product has the potential of being defective. How the company handles the situation is what can make or break them. Great job to their tech team.”
