Kudos to Robert, on the counter! I was sent to a job full of unusual parts and tools. I went to Ferguson in Henderson and explained the situation to Robert. He patiently and efficiently found everything I would need for the job and also in which Ferguson I should go to get it. I rarely see this degree of dedication to a job. I'm very impressed and also confident that when in need I can go there and get things done! Thanks Robert!

If you are delivering to this facility, you need to be aware of something. Even if you have an appointment scheduled, they have an absurd policy of taking their DC trucks even if they are extremely late, before you. I had an 8:00 appointment this morning, I checked in at 7:00 an hour early, I was told they couldn't take me till 8:00 and to wait in the median and then pull in at 8:00. About 2 minutes to 8:00 when I was getting ready to pull in a Swift truck came around the corner and pulled in first. He parked in the median blocking me from getting into the driveway, then he went in and checked in with them and they told him to go into the door even though I had an 8:00 appointment. The supervisor here has a oh well type of attitude, he keeps telling me it's their policy. This has made me late for my 9:30 appointment in Westminster. plus I have to pick up in alliance Nebraska sometime today as well about 250 mi away. This Ferguson facility is absurd. I will never deliver here again.

SEMI TRUCKS, don't park in front of the gate if you arriving at night, this place is full and trucks need to get out before you can actually fit in there, you can park in the back on Emporia street, 6:30 you can go in and see if trucks moved out. Had to leave in the morning cuz didn't know where to go, then after I got to delivery they explained everything and how to. Very nice people quick unload. Be safe.

This place specializes in new construction for the plumbers. Being in Henderson give you a Lowe tax rate 4.2% apposed to 8.5% in Denver. Not a bad way to go if your looking to cut cost.
