“Steve had installed a projection theater system in a previous house. We moved and reinstalled the theater system in the new home. After 3 years of operation at the new home, the Control4 module (the brains of the system) failed. Steve was the only person I thought of to fix the failed module due to what he had done for us in the past. He is very knowledgeable of current A/V technology and suggested replacing the Control4 module with a current upgraded module. We agreed and Ian installed the new module and reprogrammed the system to provide the same features plus new functionality to better integrate all the components. Now the entire system including dimming the room lights can be controlled using one handheld remote. Ian was great to work with and very professional, he showed up when he said he would, worked tirelessly to provide all the new and old features, and even cleaned up the old equipment which had gathered dust. It was a pleasure to work with Ian and Steve.If you are looking to install a new Home Theater or upgrade an existing one, look no further than Sound Media Solutions. You won't be disappointed.”

“IEC made me a cable to connect my vintage Apple IIc to an Image Writer II. This cable is a 5 pin to an 8 pin, and is non-existent except for a couple people on ebay who are trying to get crazy money. IEC made the cable and mailed it to me (fast) @ 1/10th the price, and it works perfect. Marty and Joe Miller were very helpful in getting the cable made. If I need any computer cables in the future, IEC will be the 1st call I make. Thanks IEC,Bob”
“Chuck is great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Shop is located directly across from the rear exit of the TA. Call ahead, drop your trailer, and bobtail over to his lot for service. Does not do full installs but has excellent diagnostic chops. Peak and tune, reasonable prices, good selection of equipment. He's the guy to solve your thorny CB issues.”

“I'd give the morning ladies 10 stars if I could! They're actually an enjoyable part of my morning routine. All 3 ladies are welcoming to every customer walking in. Coffee and food is always fresh. I've never seen any of them take a moment of down time. They're clean, fast, and efficient. The owner and management of the store should be very proud of this team! If they had gas, I'd never go anywhere else. In fact, getting coffee somewhere else when I need gas feels unusual to me now.”
“The girl who helped me was great but customer service on the phone is a joke even she couldn't get me to correct person she tried so hard for me but no one was understanding us smh!! Can we get a call center in the states please. Lol I was denied my insurance claim because it was old different insurance she tried getting to correct insurance since I been paying 7$ but no one was understanding us so I had to buy a new phone which I didn't want to but had too so I had been paying for bad Insurance for two years what a rip off.”

“I came in here 4 years ago and the people were rude and unhelpful. I broke my phone badly recently and was hesitant on going to this location due to past experiences but it’s the closest to my job. I went in yesterday and got some the best customer service I ever received at any phone store. Soon as I walked in I was greeted, asked what I needed help with and 1 min in both Brennan and Jada had 2 routes I could go and carefully explained the benefits of both routes. Very friendly and helpful people. Not only that they both offered and helped me set up my new phone I just purchased and answered all my questions. I was thankful for their patience being I had a baby and a toddler with me. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 for Brennan and Jada. ⭐️”

Being a nurse, I always appreciate people that have kindness in their hearts. The owner should praise him for doing a great job. I encountered a very nice person name Brittany a couple days ago. “I would just like to take this time to say that The 7-Eleven at this location is phenomenal. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the customer service is impeccable. The staff is probably some of the friendliest people I have ever seen at a convenience store. I have come here a few times before and it is always been the same amazing customer service. The employees always have a smile on their face is and they're always willing to help with whatever need the customer has. I was looking for a face mask during this Covid pandemic, and they only had some that were not of my liking. I'm not sure if the gentleman is the manager or the franchise owner of this particular 7-Eleven, but he was kind enough To give me two of their employee masks at no charge. I insisted on paying for them but he was so gracious that he gave them both to me. Also, his employee Lynette is a breath of fresh air, she is always so kind as well as the other staff members. I applied this customer service especially in the times that we are living nowadays. Thank you guys again for everything you do for the public. It is extremely appreciated. Best, AMC”
