We’ve been traveling all the way from Florida, trying to get our generator fixed. We stopped in Louie, Kansas City, and no one could even check it out. Thankfully, I called Cummins in Colorado and spoke to Travis. He went above and beyond to squeeze us in, even though they had no room or appointments available.
Carlos worked on our generator, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it right away. I am incredibly grateful that we ran into this team! They saved our trip and now we can continue our journey to the west coast. Cummins in Colorado deserves all the stars for their excellent service! Highly recommend!”
