“I just had a telephone encounter with the receptionist when I enquired as to when we would receive the promised service. She was unable to provide a time window. She interrupted my every sentence. And when I expressed dismay at her lack of follow-through and her rude conduct, she hung up on me. Disappointing.Within two hours of the aforementioned experience, Charles, the general manager of Culligan Water, called me to learn more of the encounter and to offer his apologies. His actions are consistent with my previous positive experiences with Culligan. The promised service was, in fact, performed satisfactorily by a competent and polite technician. I will remain a faithful customer.”

4980 Bromley Ln, Brighton“I bought a high end BOSCH dishwasher at the Brighton, Colorado Lowes. The salesman gave me a brochure that said there was an up to $300 rebate on installation. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday but when I tried to apply for the rebate online, my sales information wasn't accepted. I spend hours calling Loews Customer Service and rebate, BOSCH Customer Service and rebate. Each said it was the other's problem. I turned out that that particular dish washer actually didn't qualify for the rebate that had been handed to me. I finally went to the Brighton Lowes where I bought the dishwasher and talked to the store manager, Allegra. She understood that I was sold the dishwasher with the understanding of the rebate and refunded me the amount of the installation on my credit card. It's not often that you find a store that does the right thing like this for a customer.”
“Jeremy was so incredibly helpful! We picked out a washing machine on FB marketplace and had a delivery set up in less than a day. We were in the store for maybe 30 minutes and left feeling great about our purchase. Best customer service around this area by a mile!”

Didn't get the associates name that helped us but he went above and beyond to help us understand what we were purchasing. Was patient, knowledgeable and respectful. I will get his name and post it on here. Another of his coworker helped out as well and he was also great. Bought a laptop for our business. So if you ever need help, this is the Best Buy to go to for help (104th & I-25).”
“Confusing AF until you've gone there once and figure out isle numbers front half of store vs back half. Used to be annoying AF to have every employee come up and ask if customers needed help finding stuff. They must have gotten complaints about that, this time, not one stopped to ask. Any I did see looked like they were nearly panicked trying to help someone else. Eventually, I found my product by looking it up on my Android app (vs my roommate's computer B4 I left to store). The store app itself, was a bit weird to operate. The store was clean enough, kinda well organized, and the self check out had a nice attendant who made eye contact and a welcoming smile (could have been my pink and blue hair). If I could, I'd score it 4.5, but not a 5 for too confusing isle markings.”

“This is the Lowe's I go to all the time as it's just down the street. One person makes this the best hardware store in town. Jon in plumbing. The guy is super knowledgeable and very helpful. I've never stumped him with a question. If they're out of what you need, he'll have great ideas for workarounds. Once he even built me a part out of other parts because it would be weeks until the post came in (attachment so you can blow out your sprinklers). Who can put a price on that kind of knowledge?”

Go here more often, though this location is sometimes a hit and miss for available product. They have been working on improving their customer service and staff training as well.”

“This past summer I found this set of super worn down patio chairs that had been tossed out on some street corner in downtown Denver, and I ended up taking them home with me! The staff at this Home Depot ended up being able to help me exactly figure out how I would restore the metal, and screw in the wood to the existing metal, and the patio chairs turned out perfect! I couldn't be happier with the final result.”

“This review is specifically for a gentleman named Wayne (Gypsum Colorado) with Amerigas. Wayne came out to look at one of our tanks to ensure it wasn’t leaking, after normal business hours, and made the drive from Newcastle. During that process he educated us on so many different things involving propane. Wayne went above and beyond the service call, even installing a pigtail so that we could transfer propane from one tank that we didn’t use, to a tank that we do use to heat the property our tenants live on. This gentleman is top notch!! Exceptional service!! Exceptional education!! Exceptional experience for my wife and I. Thank you Wayne, you deserve a huge bonus!!!”

They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”
