The employees at this Post Office are excellent. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Mail with the wrong address still finds its way to me. With all the other areas having such problems, I am thankful we have our great little Post Office in Hayden.

This place will go out of their way to send back important packages even after you talk with them. Idk what their deal is but super rude and screwed me over.

This is the first time i've used a post office like this, where there is no mail delievery from USPS. Fedex and UPS will deliver to your address, and if you set up your PO box right ( on the vendor side, correct address) fedex and UPS will deliver to the post office on weekends or when you are not there.

An amazing and thoughtful post master. Great staff. Building is small with shortened hours and no delivery but that's hardly their fault. Some packages get damaged by central distribution but again it ain't this particular branch doing that. These 1 star reviews are ridiculous, I don't see that at all. Put blame where blame is due, not on these great community members. Just glad we have a post office with nationally fixed rates despite our rural locale.

How is it possible that in a town of under 2,000 people that I've been on hold for an hour?? I just want to talk to an agent, not listen to this endless "New AGE" drifty, go nowhere "music. How, again is this possible. Have I left Planet Earth?

Mail would end up missing. Mail ends up broken multiple times. Incoming and outgoing. Horrible service. Those slips that say you have a package would not be in my po box . As there is no mail delivery to your house... and the hours are poor. I cannot see how a business will stay in this hamlet when they have to close up shop to go get the mail during business hours. I've lost thousands of dollars in online sales due to broken and undelivered items. And apparently they cannot weight a letter correctly as weird as it sounds I've even had letters returned for being to heavy when they where underweight. It's due to disgruntled employees that think it's ok to tamper with mail. But ups and FedEx are just as bad In THIS AREA only in Hayden...weird right. I'm pretty sure it's because the surrounding areas think Hayden is improperly run and corrupt.
