I tried to call in but the lady who helped me was a bit immature, apparently “couldn’t hear me” and hung up. She decided not to pick up after I called back a couple of times. I’m going to try to give her the benefit of the doubt, but not waste any more of my time. Not a great first impression.

They are truly bad, but, I’ve given them one more chance. I had them rotate the tires I bought on my old truck and they didn’t put the lock nut back in my glovebox. When I brought it back for another rotation the lock nut was nowhere to be found. This rude kid blamed it on me and told me to walk to the parts store and buy a new one. I did and they couldn’t help me and I had no idea what I was actually looking for. I went back and a Supervisor said to use a 16mm on it and it was off. Now, new truck, but good deals I went back. They installed my tires and suddenly the pressure sensors on my dash were all wrong. I called Costco and the guy on the phone told me they stop working and needed to be replaced. He was very certain about this without even offering to look at it. They took no blame AGAIN! I went to a local body shop and they said they didn’t do their job properly and he fixed it very quickly. These people don’t know what they’re doing and will throw blame on anything they can because they are inept.

Do not go here unless you want a problem that doesn’t actually exist. I should really leave zero stars for my review. My tires were less than 2 years old & still under the warranty from when I originally purchased from Costco. I drive in a 20-25 mile radius for work, mostly on a paved roads. Performed all the required balance and rotations for the tires required by the warranty provided.Week 1: Had a flat, when to get repaired. I called the day before where I was advised to just “walk-in”. I live an hour an 20 min away and took the trip just to be told my tire couldn’t be repaired due to a bad alignment & uneven wear on my tires. Technician told me I would need to purchase a set of brand new tires have them installed then get my alignment. This would end up costing me between $800-$900 to complete the work. Tech wasn’t trying to be helpful or accommodating, spoke to me like I was uneducated & with a rude tone.Drove my car back on a damaged tire. Wasted 5 hours of my day.Week 2: Took my vehicle to a mechanic to have the alignment done first. I was informed that my alignment wasn’t major, minimal adjustments were made. The cost for this service was $200 total. Tire still going flat, at this point I’m refilling with air every other day so the car doesn’t sit on the rim when the tire goes completely flat.Week 3: Made an appointment to take my car to a different Costco Tire Center in Denver. Made the hour & a half drive for my appointment. There was a screw in my tire, they removed the screw, plugged/patched the tire. This took less than hour & no additional issues were brought to my attention. To summarize this was an awful experience that drained my time & energy. I had to make adjustments for my work schedule and any errands I had to make for about 3 weeks. I was utterly disappointed, I love Costco and this felt like being betrayed by someone who you thought was trustworthy. Will never go back to this place, my next set of tires will most likely be purchased someplace local.

Friendly staff like any other Costco. This location might take the cake for quietest Costco location with no line for gas or food on a normal weekday after work.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I somehow managed to back over a children’s toy and it poked a hole in my tire. My wife called this location to see if they could patch the hole and the store confirmed that they could. No appointment was necessary and I should just stop by and they will fix it. I showed up, the wife filled out the paperwork, and paid the 10.99 to have the tire fixed at 10:50. At 12:10, I never heard a word, the car never moved, and the tire was not fixed. My wife checked with the front staff and admitted they are short staffed but the guy at the counter said that he will bring the car in to fix it. We waited outside the garage door while they pulled the tire off. After 10-15 minutes a different guy came to talk to us and tell us that he won’t patch the tire because the tire is warn unevenly, most likely due to the vehicle needing an alignment. I asked him to patch the tire so that we could finish our 150 mile journey home. Again, he told me no. We asked him to check for a new or used tire that would work. Again, he said no. At one point I asked him again why he would not patch the tire and he said because the tire was warn unevenly. After arguing back and forth, he stopped talking to me and confronted my wife, as if she was the weak one. He even made it personal and told my wife that he felt sorry for the kids. Keep in mind, the center had marked the location of the hole and they unseated the tire from the rim. They gave us the car back, with the unseated tire, and refunded the 10.99. We had to ask multiple times to reseat the tire when they gave it back to us. Another words, we were in worse shape now than before we ever came to this location. This location attempted to fix the tire by marking it, unseating it from the rim, and then telling us that they couldn’t fix it. Lots of time was wasted here and the guy we dealt with was arrogant and useless. No solutions were offered to remedy the situation.Luckily, Autozone is at the entrance to Costco so I was able to plug the tire and make the trek home.Normally I like Costco, but this experience was poor and has changed my attitude toward them. For reference, I have included a photo of the tire, with the Costco marks that show the location of puncture. You can see that it is in the center of the tread and nowhere near the sidewall of the tire. What should have been a relatively simple fix turned into a dramatic situation leaving us in worse shape than before we went there. They also wasted almost 3 hours of our time.

They fit us in for an unscheduled tire plug/fix. Very friendly and courteous. Had us fixed within the hour. When it started hailing, they even changed our spare back to the fixed tire for us, which was above and beyond!

This is the most chill Costco I have been to in all of my years. Maybe because it us in the middle of nowhere, but they have great customer service and who doesn't love buying enough toilet paper to last you for the rest of your life...in one trip!

Poor communication. Showed up for scheduled appointment to mount the prepaid for Costco tires, and only two of the 4 tires were there. I drove 3 hours round trip for nothing, not to mention taking a day off work. Will stay local the next time.

I stopped twice at this Costco location to fill my vehicle with their gas. Their prices are very competitive. The gas pumps were clean. The lines were short both times. An employee was available but I didn't need any assistance.

Could not have been worst... Run away from that shop! One star rating as it is the minimum I could give.Rude people at the counter which is a first at Costco, and it went downhill from there. On 12/6 I saw on Costco website that Costco Gypsum had the the snow tires I needed available and that they were running a promotion. I went to the store on 12/7 and ordered those tires only to be told that they were available but needed to come from California (!?) and that it would take about a week.I was not able to make an appointment upon purchasing because they told me that you would not be able to make an appointment until the tires have arrived at the warehouse. I did not think of asking how they were doing with appointment availability...It took twice as much time for those tires to arrive. I only knew they had arrived because i called by the tire counter and asked for an update.I tried to make an appointment right then and was told that they had no availability until 12/6 so basically a month after I paid for those tires! On 12/6, after dropping the car at the tire center and waiting for 45mn, I was told that my lug nuts were swollen and that they would not be able to change the tires until I have new lug nuts. Why Costco has no lug nuts for sale at the tire center? Dunno but they don't have those which seems to be a basic commodity for a tire shop.I was told to come back any time with the replacement lug nuts and that they would take care of me right away.I received the replacement lug nuts and headed to Costco on 12/13. I called them ahead just to make sure. I was told on the phone that I was basically just a regular walk-in and that walk-in are only possible mornings. So out the door the promise of fast track I had been given a week earlier. At the counter, same rude person. It took another 2 hours to get the job done.I had requested at check-in that the technician assess my old tires for wear and tear and confirm whether they were salvageable.Upon retrieving my keys, I asked for an update and that front desk person had no clue. This is really far from what I was expecting from Costco.I actually paid more for my tires purchasing them at Costco than I could have online with other retailers and if I count all the trips between Vail and Gypsum plus all the time lost and the poor service, I will certainly not return to Costco for tire and I will tell as much to whom ever wants to hear. This Costco Tire Department needs some real hard training on customer service.

I had a flat when traveling from Glenwood to Denver on a Sunday. Luckily my son-in-law was behind me and was able to put the spare tire on in place of the flat. I saw Costco in Gypsum listed when I searched for tires. I called the store and Shanna in the tire dept told me she had what I needed. We got there and Shanna got the job done quickly. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She's an asset to Costco!

Love, love Costco. Great prices and great clothes. I would love to shop there more often if it were a little closer to me.

The Costco tire center in eagle is pretty pretty good. Took away a star because their prices are pretty high for our area .Instead of just giving you the price of the other costcos ..They raise it for us so you're gonna pay a incredibly marked up price Compared to say the same tire or similar at Walmart. The nice thing is you can make an appointment. The 4 stars really is just for all the employees at this Costco. We are a mountain town and the employees are all smiling and very very nice. I don't know any of them except for being in there. So I think that's big for a lot of people it's just feeling comfortable not everyone cares if it's an extra $100 they just want to give the money to nice people.

This store staff was really amazing when my family and I moved here 2 years ago. Now, there are some new staff, including managers who are not quite so charming. A manager by the name of Tyler treated me like a criminal today, because my membership expired three days ago and I asked if I could pay and renew when I got back home in 30 minutes. I've been a member for 20 years and have never encountered a 100% j**** as I encountered today! They need to take lessons on customer service. Real disappointment this morning. Embarrassing enough to start with. On the other hand, a lady named Krista was the kindest, caring worker in the entire store!!! Thank you, Krista!

Do not, under any circumstances, order any appliance to be delivered to your home in Eagle County. Costco outsources their deliveries to a company called XPO. They are the worst. Even if you can track said appliance to a warehouse in Colorado, it will take MONTHS to arrive. If you can get a date from XPO, it will just be for a potential week of delivery. Then it is get pushed out again and again. You can not get a straight answer because you are dealing with an overseas call center. Costco will claim they are trying to help and will do nothing. The refuse to take any accountability and will blame the delivery company that THEY hired and contract with. Then they will lie to you about compensation for your trouble.
