My son had his vehicle serviced here (tire rotation and oil change) and the lug nuts on the rear drivers side wheel are stripped and bent and the tire has fallen off between Montrose and Gunnison. The vehicle has fallen onto the wheel. He could have been injured or killed.

I needed an oil change, so I called to make an appointment. I live up in the mountains about an hour out of Gunnison, so my trips to town are seldom and hectic. I was informed that Gunny Lube does not take appointments, so I just needed to show up and hope for the best. When I got there it was at least a three hour wait before they could get my vehicle in. I was not willing to hang out for four hours to get my oil changed so I drove to Montrose. The drive to Montrose took an hour. I got to Valvoline and they got me in right away. They checked all of my lights, topped off fluids that were low, checked tire pressure and filled what was necessary, swapped out my air filter and changed my oil all in about 45 minutes. I then drove an hour back home. When I got home I realized that my truck would have still been sitting in the parking lot of Gunny Lube waiting to be pulled into a bay. If you have 4 hours available to get your oil changed I'm sure that Gunny Lube can get it done and do a fine job. Unfortunately I don't have time for that.

The service, professionalism and value at The Gunny Lube is the best around! I usually change my oil myself, but now I don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with these guys!

Came through for an oil change here while on vacation. They were fast and efficient. Waiting room was very clean. Even used floor protectors on the carpet of my vehicle to keep any debris or footprints from getting it dirty. Thanks!

I've been to Gunny Lube a few times to have my oil changed. They did a great job. But when I brought my vehicle in to have my snow tires on and take the street tires off. The gouged the sidewall of my street tires. When I said something to them they said it was already like that. If that was the case I couldn't drive on it. (I've been in the tire business for 10 years with Goodyear. I know tires) The owner refused to replace the tire. After talking with the owner for a few days he still said it wasn't his fault and still not paying for a new tire. So, we had to drive 3 1/2 hours to Grand Junction to have the tire replaced. Thankfully my insurance paid for a new tire. I will not go back to have tires swapped/replaced. I will keep going back to have the oil replaced.

Had an appointment and they rolled my truck into the bay exactly on time. While the oil was draining, they checked all of the other fluids (including the transmission fluid which is a pain to check) and topped off any that were low. New filter and 10 quarts of 5w40 synthetic. Had them rotate the tires. Was very impressed to see them break out a torque wrench to snug up the lug nuts. Was in and out in about a half an hour. Well trained, polite crew. Worth every penny!

Huge shout out to The Gunny Lube! We rolled in with our massive ambulance camper conversion and they took care of us super quickly. Excellent service and bonus points for showing our rig some love :) don’t hesitate to come here, they’ll treat you right.

Oil change was quick and efficient. But not time to rotate tires, and did not have full synthetic oil. But was able to drop in with out an appointment.
