I rarely see blatant racism. Guy at the counter wouldn't sell alcohol to a Hispanic man obviously in his late thirties because he didn't have his id. Then dude with tree branches tattooed all over his arms didn't even try to id me, mid twenties. Happy fourth I guess.

This was the first liquor store I went to in town. I immediately walked out after seeing the prices.

First. Let me say I am all for local businesses and even happy to pay a little more to support one. I also understand logistics of getting something to a small mountain town.
However, this place is ripping people off. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They had multiple bottles of wine more than double the price of the Safeway 3 blocks away.
I even asked the person there to verify the price because it was that absurd.
Bottles of Apothic Reds for $32.99!!! That is insane. That is a $10 bottle anywhere else.
This is price gouging. I will not support this business.

Not a great experience here. I asked the Spanish gal about the "member" price and she blew me off. I'm going to be buying lots of booze for the rest of the season and it won't be here. 1 block away is Gunnison liquor and the lady (clerk) I met there was very nice and the prices were better.

This place is a JOKE and a RIP OFF !!!!!! Went to purchase a 6 pk of beer was priced 12.99 . Was charged 15.00 . Only because I’m not a rewards member and not local…… These people should be glad the out of town errs are spending money in their shop……But no more for me …. I have been going to this store since it 1st opened. And now that it has changed hands it a total disaster !!!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK !!!!!!!!! I’ll shop elsewhere.
