Safeway no longer provides bags... but they also don't let you bring bags in, for "theft reasons"

Got out of work at 9pm (it’s a Friday) and needed to stop at the store for something for dinner quickly and Safeway is open until 10pm. So perfect! I got there around 9:25-9:30pm and walked quickly up to the door and it was locked. A young male employee was inside just staring at me then when I made eye contact he looked away and pretended to mess with the carts.
In big letters on the door their store hours are listed. This clearly states they’re open until “10PM”. It’s okay if you want to close at 9pm or 9:30 but not if your customers are expecting you to be open until 10pm. I’m disappointed and now have nothing for dinner.

Only place in town to get dry ice but they are Always out of dry ice.

It’s a great place to go to. Not as crowded like city market. But every time I go in the cashier AnnaMarie is always rude. She never seems to be in a good mode. Other then that good store
Been to Safeway as of late and I try to avoid when AnnaMarie is at the register. Today she was there and she ripped the bag open were I had my limes and didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted a new bag for my limes. I’ll try to avoid her more when I go.

Staff at grocery store was friendly. Prices decent, especially if you have a rewards card with them (for the discount).
Great location just off the highway. Camper trailers or Motor homes can park in the back or on the side of the building.
