Recently I had a brake light on my car go out it was original bulb of 28 years.. I went to the Gunnison store and got new bulbs but the young lady working there sold me 6 v bulbs instead of regular for a car of 12 v. I'm thankful I only blew a fuse and not fry my electrical system.. So make sure lady's and gentlemen to pick someone who knows what they are doing . She's been there a long time she should know better or maybe she did know better and did it for a reason. Just saying

Needed a battery they had it. It was polled sitting there waiting for me to be picked up. When I came in the store, the manager ignored me. Another gentleman help me. The manager knew where the battery was sitting on the ready to be picked up cart she let the other person struggle and my self struggle for almost 20 minutes Right next to us or she was helping another customer finally she said oh the reason you can’t find it is because it’s sitting over there on the to be picked up card. By that time my brother had found the NAPA had a battery for us walked out manager. She is a terribly rude person.

A bunch of fun comedians here who know their business. Saved the day for us by having the parts we needed when all others did not and their humor took away a great deal of stress from an otherwise very troublesome day. Thank you!

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️***Worst Business in Gunnison***Open til 8 online. Piece of paper in window says temporarily closing at 5. Not reflected online ANYWHERE! This place is a Joke. It's the only place in Gunnison that would ever give somebody HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not to mention the Absolutely Disrespectful staff. Waving bye bye, tapping there wrists at 5:02 pm on2-15-23. These two should be reprimanded for the shear audacity these "employees" aren't doing your business any favors. I realize there is a staff shortage. However if you don't like your job then quit. ***MANAGER OR OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" YOUR OFFERING THIS AMAZING TOWN.*** HIGHEST TURN OVER RATE FOR EMPLOYEES I'VE EVER SEEN. So my advice is to spend your money anywhere but here. Napa, Car Quest, Walmart, Ace Hardware. ANY BUSINESS other then this One. To those evening "employees" You will be hearing from corporate or somebody above your obviously low level status. I can accept that you closed at 5 but the poor call in judgement to Do your little bye bye wave through the window is UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY YOUR SUPERIORS. SINCERELY, DISRESPECTED UNHAPPY UNSATISFIED FORMER CUSTOMER.

My daughter was in need of a new battery for her car. Benny the manager was very helpful, and professional with getting it tested and replaced for her. All the staff was very helpful and professional as well. Hats off to the staff at the O'Reilly store in Gunnison.

Decent store, I happened to visit this store when they had an influx of people, but the store was well stocked and the workers seemed to be pleasant even though they seemed to be short staffed. ?

Nicole and the team always take the time to get it right. No matter what I come in for. A question, a purchase, or whatever. They always make me feel like a person and not just a customer.
