Ashley is one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met. We had a complicated situation and she worked with us for several weeks to get it resolved. She was patient the entire time and very knowledgeable. Give this girl a raise! 10/10

Yes I came by the store on January 31st at 5:30 the employees said they was closed and to comeback tomorrow at 9am but then I also looked on the website and it said you guys don’t close till 7 they both was very rude two me

I came into this store 2 times. My first experience was with a woman with brown hair who didn’t care and just told us to go online instead of helping my husband and I at the store. It was obvious she would rather be on her phone than help us because the store was empty when we came in. Following this I came in again to give them another chance and this time was worst than the first. It was completely dead but the staff was still extremely rude. This man with red hair should never treat customers how he treated my husband. He acted like he was ignorant and was extremely disrespectful even though we gave them our business. I do not recommend going to this place and will never come back again.

If the "manager" Shania, has not been fired by now, she needs to be! She was was the least empathetic, least friendly and non-professional person I've met in my life. She was horrific to work with. And in reading through other reviews written here, I'm amongst many who feel the same way.

When I called at 9am, when the website said they were open, I was informed they didn’t open till 11am, and was also told that I could just walk in and as a Verizon retailer, they would be able to provide a new SIM card (my first replacement). After driving 40 minutes to the store, the woman working the desk said they could only provide SIM cards to newly purchased phones, and then suggested I call Verizon to set up an eSIM card. Using my broken phone. She grudgingly allowed me to use the store’s WIFI to try and accomplish this, then returned to her own phone while occasionally looking at me with annoyance. Miserable service and unprofessionalism, especially as the trip cost me nearly two hours of time during my work day. She did, however, inform me that I could buy a new phone as a solution to my problem.

I do not understand how this location is still open with the HORRIBLE customer service the employees here offer.The second you walk in, the staff make you feel as if you're bothering them for needing any help. Even if you made an appointment ahead of time with customer service (who, by the way, are SO MUCH MORE HELPFUL and actually FRIENDLY to their customers.)I had a broken phone I was assured could be fixed at this location by customer service, drove over 40 minutes into town, just to be greeted by two terrible attitudes and no resolve to my issue. My screen was completely blank and the red head dude, with a really messed up haircut, shoved a sticky note with a number and a website in my face and basically shooed me out the door. NO HELP WHATSOVER. Shut this location down or fire everyone who works there and restaff this place. No customer ever needs to be made out to feel like a problem when they already need help with an issue.

Unhelpful and a bad attitude. I came in today looking for help and felt like I was bothering them. The worst customer service I have ever had at a Verison location. Verison is basically paying them to sit behind the desk and tell people off.

The red head working there today was absolute garbage. I came in looking to upgrade my phone and take advantage of a promotion that was offered to me through Verizon. I called the store yesterday to make sure they would honor it, to which the woman on the phone said they would. Then today I went in and the guy working was no help what so ever. I am bummed and will never be going back. Try helping out your customers for once!

Some else used the words blunt and hostile to describe the staff here, and I’d say that’s pretty accurate, specifically referring to the manager Shania. Hate to be petty and name names but she seems to do the absolute minimum when it comes to customer service interactions, and almost goes completely to the point of being intentionally unhelpful. Talking to her felt like some kind of social experiment designed to test what level of disrespect customers in a phone store would put up with before breaking in to tears and going fetal on the floor.
Braydon on the other hand was extremely helpful at solving my issue and getting me what I needed. Never felt left in the dark or cheated / scammed when interacting with him. Corporations seem to do everything in their power to screw you over so it was nice to forget about that for a bit while working with Braydon. Thanks! Give that guy a raise.

Braydon was a star. Staff is professional and knowledgeable.
