We ordered Groceries on Oct 3rd at 7pm and spent $600 dollars. We are bringing a family
Of 8 and at 4pm on Oct 4th as we are boarding our flight to gunnison, they called and said they are short staffed so they can have it ready at 7pm ON OCT 5TH!!!!!!! They are horrible and were not willing to help or make any other solutions. We have babies who need food and we are stuck now. Horrible service and this was the manager speaking.

Title: Great Store, But Parking and Bag Policy Can Be Improved
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've been a regular customer at this grocery store for quite some time, and overall, I have positive things to say about it. However, there are a couple of areas where I believe improvements can be made.
Firstly, the parking situation is a bit challenging. The rows of parking spaces are quite tight, making it difficult for those of us who drive full-size trucks. Maneuvering in and out of the parking lot can be a chore, especially during busy times. It would be great if the store could consider expanding the parking area or reevaluating the layout to accommodate larger vehicles. This would greatly enhance the convenience for customers.
My second concern is regarding the store's bag policy. Unlike most grocery stores, they do not provide bags for your groceries. Instead, they encourage customers to bring their own bags or charge a fee of $0.10 per bag. While I appreciate their efforts to promote sustainability, it can be inconvenient for those who may not always have bags with them. It would be helpful if the store offered a reasonable alternative, such as reusable bags for purchase at a lower cost or a limited number of complimentary bags per visit.
Despite these issues, I must highlight the positive aspects of this store. The quality of their products is consistently good, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction in many areas.
In conclusion, this grocery store has a lot going for it, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. By addressing the parking situation and revisiting the bag policy, the store could enhance the overall shopping experience for all customers. I look forward to seeing these changes implemented in the future.

Very often there is a shortage of bread and vegetables. The meat is in very poor condition. Large selection of dairy products and frozen foods.

So glad to be able to eat gluten dairy free. Walking around Gunnison got us hungry and the staff was polite and friendly. Highly recommended

If you're familiar with Kroger-branded grocery stores you'll feel at home here; your Kroger, Harris Teeter, etc. customer number will work for discounts. The staff is excellent and kind. The shelves are well stocked.

I really like all the employees, but we got the 8 piece chicken meal and it is no doubt the most terrible chicken I have ever eaten. It is like chicken jerky. We were there at a decent time so I don't understand why it was so terrible. But more importantly, I should have never bought it. So disappointed.
