Bait & switch.
We purchased a mattress from them in June during the 4th of July sale. We were told the mattress would be delivered the following week. When we called to check and delivery they just didn’t know. Lo and behold it had to be ordered and they had no information on timing.
When I complained to the manager, I was told - for the first time - that if we wanted THE SAME MATTRESS it was $200 more for in stock items.
So they have the mattress, don’t bother to tell us that, and we’re still waiting.
As I said in my email to the manager, we could have purchased a mattress on line, but chose to do business locally. This is our thanks.
EDIT after reading business response;
We WERE told that the mattress would be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday depending upon delivery personnel. Only when we called did we learn it had to be ordered and would be at least two weeks.
We were NOT told that the same mattress was available in stock for $200 more.
When the order with Ranch was cancelled, we were able to get the same mattress delivered THE NEXT DAY (on the 4th of July even) from Mattress Firm in Montrose.

This place has the rudest most unprofessional and lack of experience people I've ever dealt with they are so unreliable they lie to you they try to overcharge you they get you to buy more and more and force you to feel like you are poor and need to spend more money just to get a discount it is pathetic there I recommend nobody going shopping there there are millions of other choices these people only service and cater to the high elite class texans and they're homes in the ski resort area if you don't buy enough they don't care about you which is really Bad customer service and I will never ever go in there again I had purchase from these people before this previous owner Laura and her girlfriends and I don't understand her point of view when she's always traveling won't answer her phone and is completely disrespectful with her employees and her employees don't return calls answer voicemails or even bothered to pick up the phone it is a complete joke stay the far as way as possible!!!

Bought Sofa, love seat and two chairs. The sofa and loveseat are great but the two chairs that were very expensive are not to good. When sitting the bottom cushion moves forward and you have to constantly push it back. Customer service was fantastic when we bought and delivery personnel were amazing.

Total waste of time to wait in construction traffic both ways from Montrose. I bought many items from their store for my ranch home. I was so looking forward to shopping with them for my new house purchase. I arrived faced , rude and unprofessional assistance only to be sent out of the store after 20 min, for a delivery emergency. I was about to purchase a unique dining table that was a $4000 sale. I will shop elsewhere! Very sad to see such a wonderful store loose it’s status.

Found a living room set I loved. I was told they wouldn't arrive for 4-6 weeks and they wouldn't sell me what was on the floor. Very disappointing.

We had an almost perfect retail experience. We ordered the mattress and frame on Monday morning and it was delivered on Tuesday at 12:45. Keri in sales and Levi and Logan in delivery were fantastic. The new mattress was set up and the old one hauled away in less than an hour. Bravo!. . . And thanks. Russ and Marina at the Plaza in Mt. Crested Butte

This was the first time that I ordered furniture online. I was sceptical to say the least. The sofa and loveseat arrived and I have to admit, I am truly impressed. The leather is high grade, the fabric on the cushions is a good quality weave. The patterns on the fabric are deep rich colors. There is an old saying that truly applies here. You get what you pay for. The customer service is outstanding with this company. They met all of my needs, and answered all of my questions promptly. We ordered the most exceptional furniture from Back at the Ranch. Most furniture is made in China and is of bad quality, falls apart quickly and generally is not worth any price. We have ordered several pieces and appreciate the detailed hand work that goes into furniture like none other.

Back at the Ranch always has wonderfully interesting and unusual furniture and decor items. The Maderia bed and nightstands that I bought are well made and solid. The delivery guys were great to work with.

We were looking for quality, non Wayfare or other online furniture cos with low standard made in CHINA garbage and we found Back to the Ranch. We are very happy with the stunning bar stools and casual chair we ordered. The quality is exceptional, the design unique and fits perfectly in our Lake Tahoe home.

We originally furnished our new house at BATR. Selections and prices were great. We needed a TV cabinet to match our unique rustic finishes. We searched the internet and couldn't find anything. Then we remembered BATR. We contacted Mark and got professional and reasonable pricing. We received our piece today and could not be happier. Mark stayed in contact with us and gave us shiiping delays and updates. Despite shippers delay, Mark still beat his estimated delivery date and it arrived better than advertised. I seldom like surprises, but Mark and BATR are awesome.

If you want anything that resembles customer service, do not shop at Back at the Ranch. I had visited Back at the Ranch prior and was never acknowledged, much less helped. When we did purchase an item from Back at the Ranch we were treated rudely, the item did not arrive on the date discussed at the time of purchase and we picked up our item from the other location (over an hour away) instead of down the street.
