Caveat emptor..... do not shop here. I bought a 1 carat s13 color f for 4200.00 . Three mos later my wife lost it.didnt get insured in time. I shopped around hard and found a vs1 over 1.02 ctw color h for 3000. Needles to say a waaaay better diamond for 1200 less. I went there and asked his reasoning for this and he had no good recourse. I told him if it did not appraise for double which is impossible... he would be sued, and he said how can you appraise a diamond that was stolen. I have the egl cert still so im sure i will find a few appraisers that would write a letter saying that number is false, incorrect or possibly fraudulant. He then said they were a multi million dollar corporation and good luck. then physically pushed me out the door. No care or compassion, and a bad bad deal. If you want to pay retail go somewhere else. If you want the best deal find a loose diamond broker or coin dealer and do your homework. Hopefully this saves you thousands of dollars. I gave them a chance to make it right and they made a bad situation worse. Everything in this life happens for a reason my wife got a better stone and you have some valuable info for buying a diamond. Dont feel duped like me and be smart. I hate people that take advantage of others and i will expose them. Even Pawn shops sell better diamonds for a way better deal just know what youre doing. Do your due dilligence. Have a jeweler friend help you anything but getting burned. Reposted 4/19/2024
