I highly, highly recommend Amy Z’s team if you are looking for a real estate agent. She excels in communication, created an easy process, was incredibly knowledgeable and reliable without fail. My family has bought and sold a number of times and I can tell you that Amy is a hidden jewel. We have never, ever had an experience like the one we had with Amy. The number of certifications under her belt that she was able to speak to during our initial interview was jaw dropping. Throughout the entire home-selling journey, Amy answered her phone EVERY time, responded to messages and answered any question I had (even though I am sure some were probably pretty silly), with true professionalism. Her extensive knowledge of the markets and trends in the industry was evident and enabled her team to provide valuable insight and guidance. Moreover, her reliability and unwavering dedication and the consistency of delivering on her promises went far above and beyond to meet and exceed our needs. On top of all of that, Amy’s fees were 0.5% less than her competitors. It gets better… Amy hired a professional cleaning crew (on her!) who spent TEN HOURS at our house to ensure every nook and cranny was sparkling and ready for visitors. The cleaning crew was so effective, I was unable to find a single space in the house that needed additional attention. Her team helped us stage our home with our own belongings creating a clutter free, stunning home. Following the cleaning and staging walkthrough, she hired one of the best professional photographers to come in and capture all favorite parts of the house, making us fall in love all over again.Work with Amy! You will not regret a single second of it.

A friend of mine recommended Amy Z and team as our realtor for our move to Colorado. The team did not disappoint. Infact, I believe Amy Z and team went the extra mile to ensure my husband and I found the right home for our move without compromising what we wanted. Since we were out of state, Amy conducted virtual tours that were complete showing not just the positives of a property, but the negatives, too. I highly recommend Amy Z and Team for an excellent home-buying experience.

Amy and Abby went above and beyond for us. We bought a house from across the country site unseen, and they were extremely kind, caring, responsive, and had our best interests in mind. Amy is one tough negotiator and will 100% go to bat for you. Even when we had a setback that wasn’t through any fault of ours, Amy and Abby both kept a cool head and made it happen for us. I would recommend them without hesitation, as they are both open, honest, and hardworking ladies that really want to do the best job they can for their clients.

Amy and her team went above and beyond for us. We bought a home with them during the pandemic. They never pushed us and listened to our needs. They found us the perfect home! We have loved our home for the last 2yrs so putting it on the market was a very difficult decision. We instantly knew that the Amy Z team would be the team we trusted in this process. Amy and her team are wonderful to work with! We moved to Denver because of my husband's job and we ended up buying our house before even seeing it! I had a lot of concerns, but Amy was right there the whole time answering every question. We spent many wonderful years in our home. Now as my husband's job relocates us once more I didn't even shop around because I knew exactly who we were going to work with. Amy and Stephanie made the selling process so smooth for us! These ladies are amazing to work with. Their knowledge goes beyond just the home buying/selling process. They're building communities and it shows! I can not express how highly I recommend this team!

Buying our first home in this market was extremely intimidating and scary - until we met Amy & Abby. From the first meeting, they took the time to talk us through the entire process from start to finish and helped set our minds at ease knowing we had an amazing team working with us.Abby Blum was there for us every step of the way. Whenever a house we were interested in would come up on our list, Abby was always able to get us in for a showing right away. Her communication was unmatched, always quickly responding to our random text message questions throughout the process. When we happened to find our dream home, even though it was almost an hour away and far outside our regular home search, Abby was immediately on the phone with the sellers agent, getting all of the information she could and helped us close the deal on our very first offer nonetheless!!!A few months ago I believed it would be impossible to find our home here in Colorado and within a matter of weeks of working with Abby & Amy we closed on our perfect home. Amy Z and her team are quite remarkable. To have 3 people assisting with our home buying efforts was a true gem. It was a treat working with all of them. We purchased a home from over 800 miles away and they made the process so seamless and easy! We can’t say enough good things about Amy, Abby, and Candace. They were happy to show us homes that we were interested in and even went out of their way to show us homes we weren’t scheduled for but were in close proximity of the home they were showing us. We can’t thank Amy enough for assisting with our early closing, Abby for being there when we closed, and Candace following up afterwards. A huge shout out to Candace for getting us to the point of closing. She answered so many questions for us and was an advocate on our behalf.
