I have always found this store to have overpriced their items to the point where I would primarily just window shop there. I have purchased gifts there in the past (for a lot more money than I normally spend but they do have cute gifts) until recently. The past several of times (that's right, 3 or 4 times) I have been in there, the women that work there have been so rude and snotty. So now, Swoozie's offers the opportunity to buy items that are way over priced in an uncomfortable, unfriendly, and unhelpful environment. I am officially over this overpriced experienced where the customer is an inconvenience to the sales associates.

I have e mailed and called customer service MULTIPLE TIMES with no response at all. I also called the local store and they promised they would get back to me. I have heard nothing! What a terrible way to run a business I will never buy anything at this website or store again.

Great place for a gift. Unique items. More pricey though. They do nice gift wrapping. If you are looking for a unique gift and want to impress someone, go here. The staff can also help you pick a great gift! I've been going here for years?

I had the worst customer service when I went in to ask for help finding something. First the person barely looked up and pointed in the direction it should be located. When I couldn’t find it she acted like I was such an inconvenience being in there. I will not recommend anyone at all.

Such a cute store and really has the best stuff in town for gift basket stuff. I needed a cat studio Colorado pillow and was really excited when I called and they told me they carry all of the different Colorado themed options. They have the best fancy candle table and even baby gift sets if you're not sure what to buy. In the window they had Easter set up with Jellycat bunnies and really cute spring bbq items. I love coming here because it's a one stop shop to get my clients something really special.

Super-fun gifts for all ages! Amazing and helpful staff - they even do helium balloons with a smile :) I always love wandering around, browsing, and discovering new things!

I called ahead and specifically asked if the store had items that I could personalize and give at a baby shower coming up this weekend. I was told that they had a whole baby wall that I could choose from. The lady on the phone did say that things like embroidery would have to be sent out but that they had items that they could personalize right there in the store. This store is extremely far from where I live but I made the drive in rush hour. When I got there I was so disappointed. They had a wall of baby stuff but none of which I could personalize in the store besides a frame that was very unattractive. I really wish I had gone somewhere else. I am bummed that theThings Remembered store closed.
