Almost a year ago I moved our entire insurance portfolio to Sean Page Agency. Our portfolio is an extensive one with multiple coverages required. Sean and the entire staff were very helpful and made sure all policies were completed and the proper amount of insurance needed was provided!
I have been with many insurance agents throughout the years, Sean and the entire staff is by far the most effective, and professional agency my wife and I have ever dealt with. I only regret not having them sooner!

I can’t say enough positive things about this agency! Sharyl is my go to girl! She’s always so kind, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. I have my car and home protected, and have not been disappointed. It’s worth every penny!

Best local insurance! I've had coverage through Sean for over 10yrs and they are so great to work with. His team makes you feel like you are a close friend instead of a number which is very hard to come by these days.

I have been a loyal customer for years to Sean Page. I'm a realtor who sent plenty of business Sean's way also. He decided to never call me and let me know my insurance was dropped. His assistant Sharyl, says we don't call and let our clients know if they lose coverage....you were sent a letter months ago.Um, no i didn't.. and a courtesy phone call isn't given to loyal customer to let them know their home, auto and life insurance is cancelled? My family was uninsured for 24 hours, They put me at great liability risk! Only reason I found out was because I got an email from Am Fam that my auto pay was cancelled. As a business woman, I find this appalling. Sean Page won't get any business from my referrals ever again!

Absolutely the BEST. Sean and his team are second to none. They are extremely prompt with their responses and very professional. They make me feel like I am part of their family. The communication in this office is very poor. It took days to give me a an access code to sign my documents online. I was not given the code until the day the documents were due hours prior. The most frustrating part of this whole experience is I told them over and over I wanted a year auto policy, and they only made it for six months. Now they are stating they cannot change it. Extremely poor customer service. I regret the switch.Update in response to Sean:My premiums are not lower. I switched to get gap insurance because I could no longer add it to my previous policy because I did not initially add it. If I could have stayed with the previous company and add gap I would have because their service was outstanding.It wasn’t until I called to pay when the money was due, AFTER I switched, that I was told I needed to have two months down. I was not told anytime prior. I somehow had the money to put two months down, but I was not made aware of this prior. What if I didn’t have the money because I wasn’t told this in advance?I clearly told your assistant when I set up the policy I wanted it to be a year. She sent the paperwork and it said 6 months. I asked her to update that before I signed the documents and she said she would and just to sign.I called a few weeks later to pay and was told about the two months I needed to put down. I wasn’t expecting that, but I did.Then I was sent the last bit of paperwork to review and sign. It still stated it was a 6 month policy. I called and stated I did not want a 6 month policy I wanted a year policy. I was then told by your assistant I couldn’t change it, and for a year policy needed 4 months down.This is such important information, how was this failed to be passed to me until I had to pay? I am not ditzy brained, or forgetful. I know this info was not passed to me. It’s a little frustrating honestly.

Sean Page has provided me with excellent service. He is always very friendly and personal and is always there to answer the phone. His assistant Cheryl is great as well. I will continue to use Sean for many years to come.

I've been a client of Sean Page's for so long - I seriously can't even remember how I found/heard about him! That being said I am beyond satisfied with the service I receive from American Family Insurance - Sean Page Agency! ++ Coverage rates are incredibly reasonable. Like most insurance agencies you get a better rate if you bundle your plans. ++ Plans are incredibly flexible and completely tailored to your needs! ++ I've ALWAYS had excellent follow-up from Sheryl. She has reached out to me periodically to review my insurance policies and make sure that all my needs are met. ++ There's tons of ways to pay your bill and file claims! ++ Sean Page Agency even has regular office hours at their new-to-me DTC office where you can stop in if you need to discuss your insurance matter (or if you're having problems with your email attachments - oops). I don't know how many people would give their insurance agent/agency a five-star review, but after at least five years of working with American Family Insurance and Sean Page - I can safely say it's "as good as it gets!"

Sent a contact form inquiry and received a call from a lady in the AM of 2/6 and said I'd receive an estimate via email within 20 min and she'll call me back and neither happened. Typical incompetence.
