What an amazing hidden gem of a toy store! Ton of unique toys, highly organized and clean. There were two staff members when we went and they were both incredibly helpful and very kind in helping us fine things and during the checkout process. Our new number one stop for any toys, coloring materials and especially items for flights/trips.

I was just informed of some very bad news. I suggested this store for my son who has recently been battling some difficult health issues. I had a very good friend reach out asking which toy store she should go to because she intended to bring a gift. I let her know this toy store is his favorite and we have been here multiple times as a gift to help cope with the pain. We were regulars here 6 months ago with no issue. She informed me the staff there were incredibly rude today with no one else in the store, and treated her like she didn’t belong because they were close to closing. I will not return, and shame on the staff tonight knowing my little boy will not be accepting a gift tonight. After seeing the most recent reviews, this place won’t be around for much longer.

The women working here made me feel wildly uncomfortable. My friend’s son was just diagnosed with cancer and I was trying to grab something quickly before heading to the hospital after getting off work. They immediately told me they closed in ten minutes when I walked in and I said I knew and would be out before they closed. They asked me if I needed anything in a “get out” way more than actually asking. I was so uncomfortable and felt guilty for being in there so I didn’t end up buying anything and left within 5 minutes of entering. If you don’t want to work with people I’m unsure why you’re working at a children’s toy store. Would not recommend this store.

Unfortunately we had irritated customer service at the register with cashier on Saturday. Well just a little heads up - it’s a kid’s store, so kids behave decisive and not decisive sometimes! Just be patient!

Rude old lady working here chased me down because I was walking around with a lip balm I was Indecisive about buying I guess she thought I pocketed it because she didn’t see me put it down. Get over yourself old lady. I come back once a week just to annoy her now. Walk around with my kids but I wouldn’t even think about buying anything. Learn some customer service skills

Wow these people were so rude. They gave my autistic child the stink eye the whole time. DON'T WORK WITH KIDS IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THEM!!!

I used to love this toy store but last night I had an employee yell at me and ask me “if I could at least” pick up after my kids.” Keep in mind… it’s a TOY STORE!!!! I was planning on asking my kids to pick up the toys they were looking at but didn’t have the opportunity to before I was attacked so rudely. Not only was it shocking and inappropriate how she spoke to me, but she did it in front of my children (who were well behaved and kind). But who yells at a mother in front of their children in a toy store? There were a couple of key chains and a couple of trucks on the floor…. It’s not like they were trashing it. They didn’t ruin or break anything. The funny part is I was taking my children in to see what they were interested in so I could go back and do my Christmas shopping there… let’s say any other toy store will be getting my business this year. I’d recommend rehiring your employees to keep good customers.

nice store. very clean and organized. however, my family and i have come here multiple times throughout the years and i am always surprised at how not child-friendly this children's toy store is. the employees always watch us like a hawk as we walk through the store. any items we pick up, they either take directly from you and put it back on the shelf, or stare you down until you feel to uncomfortable to keep holding it. my smallest sister was looking at with a pop-it or fidget toy of some sort and picked it up. one of the employees actually took it right out of her hands, put it back on the shelf and walked back behind the check out counter. i have not been impressed in the least bit by the service here any time i have come in...

Love this store! It's a little pricey but they have such a great variety of toys that you won't find in a big box toy shop. Perfect place to get a present :)

Not very welcoming and every single toy I looked up and it was half the price at target or Walmart same brand and everything they want 67$!!! For a kids cash register when that exact same one is at target for 31! Ridiculous! Left and went to target.

Nice toy store but the staff are NOT masked and are not practicing social distancing. There's an epidemic, ya know?!! I decided to go to a toy store where I felt they were taking sensible precautions.

This is a great toy store with unique gifts for kids. All the staff pleasant and helpful. It really is an enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a perfect gift...this is the place.
