The leasing staff at Promenade Place made my experience moving cross-country easy and painless! Everyone is so friendly and nice, and the amenities here are wonderful. Desiree in particular has been nothing short of a delight to work with. She was so kind as to work with me through the leasing process as I worked several states away. She really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and ensure all my questions were answered. Thank you Desiree and everyone at Promenade!

Maintenance is always polite and quickly performs service. Sometimes may be a few days delayed due to scheduling but still gets the work done.

My experience has been unlike any other, this is a terrible property and I would stay away from here for so many reasons.1.) Management is horrible and rude. My experience with the management has been unreal, black mold in my unit never offered relocation in a dangerous uninhabited unit. Didn’t have hot water for 3 months. Appliances did not work for 3 months.2.) Amenities are never available; the pool/hot tub has been down now for over a year they should take this into consideration and lower the rents.3.) I am not sure if I am the only one, I choose to live in DTC so it would be a lot less quiet I can hear everything my neighbors do, whether it is them watching TV, walking down the apartment halls, or talking quietly. I have heard some pretty weird conversations that are not my place at all and I would prefer no noise or as little as possible.4.) My maintenance experience had been horrible, they say they do one thing then you have to escalate it yourself with management and it is just back and forth all talk no action.I highly recommend going anywhere else I have attached photos of my experience here, stay as far away as possible. Management still has done nothing to rectify the situation. The pictures show my HVAC system and the mold that has appeared on my wall once a week some weeks it is bad others it isn’t as bad, the moisture in my apartment appears if I don’t run my A/C which I am afraid of because that is where the mold is. The leaks and hot water issues as well.

I love this apartment! I'm sure if you look through my other reviews, my fiance and I tried to move into another apartment and were denied, twice. Could not have been a better thing for us! The staff are friendly and attentive. Less than 12 hours after we put in a service request, it was fixed! The office is great! Lucky we didn't move into the other apartment. Would recommend any day of the week!!

I lived here for 2 years. During those 2 years, communication with staff (under the previous management and ESPECIALLY with the current management) was always slow, difficult and painful. The elevators were consistently down or broken. Doors that you would normally need a key fob to enter were also frequently broken, compromising the safety and security of the residents. The covered garage is nice, but many times I was followed while going to my car and overall felt unsafe. There is also a lot of trash and beer cans in the garage/stairwell and people let their dogs go to the bathroom in the garage, so the lovely aroma lingers.When the new management took over, a heating vent broke in the footbridge between building 1 and the parking garage, making a terrible and extremely loud noise. My apartment shared a wall with said vent, and the noise was so loud I had to spend the night in a hotel since they could not fix it in a timely manner. They also said they could not just turn off the vent because then the footbridge would not be heated (even though the vent was already broken…and not heating anything anyway…?). Which APPARENTLY was more important than me being able to stay in my home. Management did not care that I was not able to sleep in my own home. All I got from management was a “that sucks”.Much like another recent reviewer, upon moving out there were charges placed on my account that should never have been there due to the property management failing to adhere to proper move out procedures. After months of going back and forth, they finally agreed to remove the charges. I had asked multiple times about the balance going to collections and tried to make sure that it was not going to be sent to collections while we were working to resolve the issue, to which every question I had was purposefully IGNORED. I then found out that, upon moving out, they immediately send your account to a third party bill collector, which “cuts Promenade Place from the process after moving out.” Which would make sense as to why the previous reviewer was still sent to collections even after reaching a resolution with Promenade Place.No apartment complex is perfect, but customer service, transparency, integrity, and honesty should be top priorities and, unfortunately, that is not the case here. BE WARY of recent positive reviews all submitted at the EXACT same time. Especially from people who just toured the building and don’t actually live there? Management must be really desperate to get that star rating back up so people don’t realize how awful it is. Please save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! We moved in here in May and have had nothing but problems. Issues ranging from management, maintenance, issues with online payment center, stolen packages, and front office staff.We put in an emergency work order last Thursday for a leak coming from our furnace. We were told a plumber would be here either Saturday or Monday. Monday we had to go to the office to learn the plumber they reached out to never showed and they made no effort to call another one until we asked again in person. Tuesday we once again went to ask why no plumber had come to fix the leak and were told the other plumber they reached out to never called them back. Again the only reason they called a new plumber is because we asked. Finally after almost a week a plumber came to fix the issue. However, the three other work orders we had put in almost 3 weeks ago still have not been fixed.We tried to move to a different apartment within the complex due to our second bedroom reeking of cat urine when we moved in. Originally we were told it would cost $500 to transfer within the complex. When we finally went to fill out the paperwork to move to a new apartment we were told we would have to apply online and pay a new deposit and all the application and admin fees. So moving went from costing $500 to $1,500-2000.Communication between front desk staff and management has been severely lacking into non-existent. When ever we have talked to one about an issue, they do not communicate to the other about the issue. So when we ask for an update because there is no communication with us for days if not weeks, no one has any idea what is actually going on.We moved into a hall that was practically deserted and when talking to one of our only neighbors we learned that management had changed shortly before we had moved in, and most of the people in the hallway had moved out due to the new poor management. We will also be moving due to the management team at this location.This is worse than the last complex we were in where there was literal GUNSHOTS nightly (which is why we moved here (thinking it would be a good change of pace)) and we have been proven wrong on a daily basis. We are subleasing, and tried our best to make sure that the apartment itself was being taken care of during our time here, and it seems the staff here doesn't care that we are trying. If anything they are trying to make more money by not fixing things that were broken before we even moved in.

I toured this apartment and absolutely loved the beautiful amenities they had to offer. Miss Courtney was very helpful and assisting with any questions I had and responded in a very timely manner. While my husband and I went with another apartment, we were very pleased with our experience at the Promenade Place!

I’ve enjoyed living here for the last seven years. Great places to walk concerts in the park during the summer. The staff are friendly, the amenities, are great. It’s close to some nice little shops, you can walk Starbucks, a great breakfast place not too far that you can walk to just very comfortable.
